Description

Serre d'Oupia is a lovely house with southern tones located in a quiet part of the village. There you can enjoy the heatable (on request) private pool, the hottub and spacious sunny terraces overlooking the valley.

The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and an equipped kitchen for a comfortable holiday in the south of France.

Behind the house you can take a nice walk on the hills of Oupia
Oupia is a quiet little village with a shop/restaurant in the centre. Lézignan-Corbières is about 15 minutes away where you can get all the major necessities. Olonzac, the neighbouring village, has several bakeries and a supermarket

We had a lovely time. The jacuzzi was lovely and so was the pool Nice seats everywhere, good beds and 2 bathrooms (a bit outdated though)

We spent some wonderful days at Villa Serre in Oupia. The rooms are nicely furnished (some are a bit dated, such as the sliding door wardrobe in the bedroom, but that didn't bother us). The villa offers a lot of privacy and we were able to clean up after the dogs right by the back exit from the garden. The whirlpool is warm, but the jets should be brought up to scratch. We therefore only tried it out once. We paid an extra 150 euros to heat the pool, but it was still no warmer than 19 degrees. Next time we will do without the heating. Basically, the price/performance ratio is absolutely right. But these are small details that didn't stop us from having a very nice and relaxing holiday. We would love to come back.

Top week had. Beautiful house in beautiful place and pleasant landlords. Coast is Max hour drive and there are plenty of villages nearby. The lake is a nice place to swim. We unfortunately had a lot of nuisance from wasps in the pool but that was force majeure. Contact with landlords about this was good.
