Chalet Resort Arcen 7

Great stay. Little privacy around the chalet. We have a dog and walking around this park is difficult. Running on the road is not ideal.

The chalet looked neat, just a pity that it does not fit a double bed. The staff is friendly and helpful.The food in the restaurant is good and service is neat and friendly

Wonderfully relaxed. Cottage was neat, 2 of the 4 burners of the gas stove did not work. Reported and they came right to fix it. Bedrooms quite small. Beds are narrow, but very good mattress. Sauna lovely, can be both infrared and Finnish. In short, next year I will go again.

Nice house and the staff is very customer friendly. Beautiful surroundings.

A cozy house in a beautiful and quiet holiday park. The cottage is more spacious on the inside than you would expect from the outside. The beds are narrow, but are fine. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and comfortable and the sauna is a nice extra. It is nice that you can choose outside at which table you can sit. Due to its location right next to a playground, eating in the front was not so successful on a windy day because of the sand, but then you can eat at a picnic table next to the house. The rest of the park looks fine. The wooded and hilly location makes it very varied. The water of the swimming pond looks rather dirty, but the accompanying beach is very beautiful. There are many different playgrounds and the entertainment team comes up with all kinds of activities every day. The pool was closed so we couldn't judge that. In the area you can do beautiful walking and cycling trips. Some points for improvement: there is little cupboard space in the house, so your things will quickly start to swing. There are no instructions for use, so it is a bit of a puzzle how the dishwasher, oven and sauna work. The catering industry could put some more healthy and vegetarian products on the menu. And finally: is it really asking too much to deliver bath and kitchen linen to a house? Across the border in Germany, something like this is simply included in the price.

Arrival was arranged. Accommodation was very nice, and the area there is plenty to do. We had a very nice week.

The chalet was not clean. Many hairs on the floor and against the walls. After we reported that to the reception, someone else came to mop. The park itself was neat. Our daughters enjoyed themselves in the swimming pool. The environment is beautiful.

Great park in a beautiful setting.

I was in the wrong park Klein Vink but I had to go much further Resort Arcen but the ladies at the reception were very kind to me arranged a car to drop me off at the right park with my bike. Furthermore, it was a nice cozy house. I just missed a booklet with details of how, for example, the microwave and the sauna worked an idea to put this down?

Accommodation was very good, the bedroom a bit small and narrow. Swimming pool was great, environment nice.

Wonderfully wooded area and lots to see and do in the area. The house itself looked different than the picture, but was fully equipped. The sauna was nice and the bathroom nice and spacious. Only downside was that the bedrooms were very small and there were only single beds that you could not slide together. The cupboards were also full of dust and there were still slippers from the previous guests under the bed. The park itself is very nice for children. Cuddling kids, swimming, climbing, renting a go-kart or participating in one of the countless activities; pleasure guaranteed. Also nice that there is a supermarket and various eateries, ideal if you want to stay a day at the park. With the exception of the less clean house, it was a nice weekend away with the family.

Unfortunately, accommodation was less modern than was sketched in the photos. Park itself is fantastic and staff very friendly and helpful. Some downsides in the house (330) such as shower head must hold during shower and provisional solution lock bathroom so our 2-year-old son had locked himself in the bathroom 2 times.

Very friendly welcome with the necessary explanation. House was also fine (a bit noisy, but not disturbing for us). Lots of activities and entertainment for the children. Also very good food in the restaurant and pizzeria. We will definitely come back!

The arrival was fine. However, the cleanliness was not optimal. It was only superficially cleaned. The provider charged extra 60 € for the cleaning, which I find unfair in this condition of the apartment.

Arrival friendly and fast. Something disappointing. Good equipment but house itself drafty. Bedroom quite moderately small (you can hardly walk there), no heating in bedroom, bad mattress. Sauna good, only no instructions and no hourglass (even after request no hourglass), outdoor lamp blinks all night (even after arrival friendly employee no improvement), no pan coasters and no cream set (received on request), lamp broken (replaced on request) , excited beer and wine glasses, remote control in bedroom "hidden" behind TV and a DVD remote control and remote control living room set incorrectly (both arranged).

The accommodation looked in reality very different as with you on the photos, but otherwise it was fine.

Was a neat reception. Accommodation was very nice and very nice to be there. Environment is nice and quiet. Shops are about 10 minutes drive from the park. Only drawback is currently that there is poor mobile coverage in the park, but that did not bother the fun. All in all a super nice holiday.

The park is really nice, especially for the kids. The renovated swimming pool was very great. The house was well equipped. It had an excellent wifi, a fireplace, air conditioning and a great sauna. Unfortunately, we got a smoker house assigned (in the description was non-smoking). That was very uncomfortable. We had to keep the window open in all rooms the whole time, otherwise it was unbearable. The beds are very narrow (estimated 70 cm wide). The toilet was also very small. A tall person has to do business with the door open. The location of the house was very nice and all the other positive things have a lot of compensation. We will gladly come again.

We were kindly received at the park.Enige minus point of the accommodation were the stairs at the doors. This made it difficult to get in and out of the chalet with a pram. Nice environment where there is plenty to do. There was plenty to do at the park.

on arrival a very friendly reception at the front desk.The accommodation looked good was tidy and schoon.Er was already the first night a problem there turned out to be an ant nest in the bedroom and that is perfectly discharged by the reception we got without any effort another accommodation. Furthermore, we had two great weeks at resort Arcen.

We had a nice arrival, and were very pleased with our accommodation, had nothing to complain about, except that it was very tight with the closets. Was a narrow closet in our bedroom, but okay, we have seen it calm. The area was also nice, you could do a lot. Swim a bike, sauna, everything given wellnis. We liked it a lot

accommodation was fine in order. The cottages we sat in were restyled and fitted with new furniture and beds. the bedroom was a little small but we slept well. staff is very nice and also the park is alright.

Good arrival with clear explanations. Enjoyed the luxury cottage and all the amenities. Amenities at the park are good, so you will be provided with all comforts.

We were were friendly welcome and explained where our cottage we found. Because everything was clearly explained, this was found fine. Our first impression of the cottage was well and had a great week here despite the heat

We have been going for every day

We have had a wonderful week, especially with the rest of the park, we have 3x eaten in the restaurant delicious, lots of walking and outings gemaakt.de last night we had unfortunately leakage due to the heavy rainfall, the balcony above our bedroom leaked making in a wet bed we woke up, we just went to the living room to try to go back to sleep there, but did not really, technical service would check, but we have unfortunately seen, but again had a wonderful week

We had a wonderful weekend! The campsite was doing it quietly but adequate. House was top especially the sauna was yummy! Beautiful surroundings for biking or hiking.

Relax and enjoy nature

Perfectly located, fully equipped. Here we have enjoyed a great two weeks !!!!!!

Too bad we did not bring it this spring weather, otherwise a fine stay at the Resort.

Our holiday was nice and relaxing. Would definitely go again.

We stayed with our our 2 children (2 and 4 years) in a luxury chalet. This chalet was fully equipped and looked luxury, even inside it looked neat and tidy. The park itself was a feast for our children, especially the large speeltoestel.Terwijl children were yummy romping we could sit on the terrace of the sun and holiday genieten.Daarbij we had for our chalet also has a mini playground (climbing gear with slide and seesaw), super fun! Our only gripe is that we had as outdoor furniture stacking chairs here, we could not long sit comfortably on which we inwardly gingen.Al had time in all a very nice holiday, recommended!
