Apartment Aringer

The flat was very clean and well equipped. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. The ski bus stop is right in front of the house. The bakery, butcher, medical centre and supermarkets are all within walking distance, so we didn't have to use our car all week.

Overall it is a very nice flat, large and well equipped. The location is central which of course has its advantages and disadvantages. The region is super beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn't always feel supported by the landlady and would have liked to have been more accommodating regarding the cold, and less comments like snuggle up under a blanket when you're cold because the heating won't be switched on until November. We didn't find that particularly service provider-friendly.

Beautiful flat, top clean, great view of the mountains, dog was very welcome, nice landlady.

Great flat in a top location. Everything you need is within walking distance. Even the railway station is right next door. The ski bus stops right outside the front door. The landlady is also super nice. We would love to come back again and again.

The flat was very large and very clean, good central location, beautiful views of the mountains, you are immediately in Zell am Ziller or Mayrhofen, 2 very lively villages, with many shops, cafes and restaurants, also apres ski can be found everywhere nearby, we did everything by car but there are ski buses stop right outside the door, also the restaurant, Dess Iss a few meters from the apartment is great, ... in short, a super holiday, many thanks to Sabine the owner who regularly asked if everything was ok.

Fine flat with 2 bedrooms, large kitchen. With all necessary equipment like toaster coffee maker, oven, microwave. Spacious fridge. Spacious living room, with large balcony and wonderful bathroom with bathtub and perfect shower. In short, almost perfect. Less I found that WiFi could not be used in every room. The kitchen was the best place for that and you actually had to go there. Furthermore, you could use Netflix, which unfortunately still sometimes dropped out because there was no internet connection.

We were with Fam Aringer for 2nd time. They are very friendly and hospitable. We had a super nice week with them. Everything looks well cared for and what one needs is there. Even extra things. We could gladly return to them. The house is in a very convenient location. Nice location to go everywhere. In 50 minutes you drive to Innsbruck.

Reception by Sabine was cordial, flat was very large, but the mattress of one of the bedrooms was very thin /- 8 cm so we used the mattresses of the second room as well...and then it was fine. We were also very bothered by the noise of the traffic on the Bundesbaan. Likewise, the flat is just opposite the fire brigade/childcare/disabled shelter so the traffic gets going very early. The property does lie well as a base to explore the valley.

It was very clean and the landlord was very nice. The beds need some work, they were very uncomfortable.

Nice flat for 4 people. Location in terms of ski buses and restaurants/supermarkets absolutely top! Everything within walking distance.

The rooms are nice and big, but one toilet for 6 people is a bit small. One of the beds was a bit broken (slatted frame), also the folded out sofa was rather unstable. We were somewhat dissatisfied with the rental. They were very nice, but were in the flat several times without prior arrangement (with and without workmen), while none of us were there. This is absolutely unacceptable in our eyes!

Very comfortable and spacious Apartment in a fantastic location for access to buses and trains to access any of the ski fields in the region, but away from the crowds of Mayrhofen. Supermarket etc just a short walk. Would definitely recommend to independent travellers especially if you do not have a car.

Very nice flat. Owners are very hospitable. If you need something you can ask for it. We were 1st guests in their garden have been to a schnapps with them to drink. We could even eat with them during their bbq. Very successful and we would like to come back to them. They hope so too
