Nice house, tastefully decorated with real plants and old accents (such as . Good beds, good furniture, lots of space. neat and clean. It is located on a fairly busy road, but the inconvenience was not too bad, we could just sleep with the windows open and sitting outside was also fine. There are a few small things missing, such as: coat rack, spatula(s), large frying pan, scissors.

What a lovely house and nice owners who did the key transfer, unfortunately we did not speak French but we still managed to communicate everything ;-). Everything is available in the house. Good beds and everything is neat and clean. Kitchen is big and all appliances are available. Lovely large bathroom with bath and shower. Also nice in the village, within walking distance of the bakery and supermarket. And also many restaurants nearby. Around the corner a delicious pizzeria and shop where you can buy fried chicken. Just 10 minutes by car and then you are at a beautiful, large DelHaize supermarket.

Friendly welcome, great house with all amenities. The beds are wonderful. On a busy road, so bring earplugs. Supermarket with fresh sandwiches is around the corner. We have used this house as a base for visits to Liège, Dubuy, the caves of Remouchamps, the thermal baths of Spa. You can also enjoy hiking, mountain biking and canoeing in the area.

Nice house in Tilff with all amenities. Good beds, good bathroom. Some traffic noise, but with earplugs you hear nothing. Also the village is fine with good every restaurants.

Beautiful cottage with private parking. The kitchen is large, beds are good, nice shower and bath. There is only one drawback that you have to walk down for the toilet. Shops are around the corner and you can walk in all directions.

Very cozy holiday home. Decorated with great taste with an eye for detail. The cottage was very clean and we were kindly received by the lady with delicious waffles and a bottle of bubbles. The house is located along a busy road, but you hardly notice it inside. The terrace at the front is sunken so you don't have the feeling that you are sitting on the street. A good base to discover the area.

The cottage has very pleasantly surprised us and turned out to be even nicer than in the pictures. The location is also very central (and yet quiet) in a very pleasant village with a very varied range of shops and cozy terraces and better restaurants. A few minutes walking distance from the station so that you are in the unique station of Liège Guillemins in fifteen minutes. Very nice walking routes around and along the Ourthe and surrounding villages. We will definitely come back here. Thank you also to the hostess for the very friendly and warm welcome.

Fine, the owner was there very quickly after our phone call. Cottage was in the middle of the village. There was a lot of traffic passing by. The cottage was fully equipped. Nicely decorated and a welcome with drink, cake and all kinds of spices etc. You could go shopping around the corner and dining options were nearby. Outside the terrace was decorated with cozy plants. There were several seats so you could sit in the sun or shade. This house with a very nice lady is definitely recommended !!.

Pleasant, cozy and clean holiday home, very good reception! The owners enjoy taking care of guests and you can tell from everything. Nice shower, kitchen and good beds. The area is very beautiful, especially towards the south and east where it becomes more mountainous. There are many possibilities for hiking and climbing, also with children (along the mountain stream Ninglinspo for example, very nice). The road on which the house is located is quite busy, but you don't notice that inside.

Friendly owners who had already provided a delicious cake, a bottle of cava, coffee, ... we felt very welcome. Cozy cottage near the center, shops and restaurants within walking distance. But also close to nature for nice walks along the Ourthe, also Liège very close. You don't really need the car here, it can be put on your own private parking space.

Accommodation was comfortable and cozy. Tilff is a nice place where you can walk and there are many restaurants. From Tilff you can make good trips to Aachen, Maastricht, Liège or the Ardennes. We have really enjoyed ourselves.

We felt very comfortable, city tours with a very good road accessibility (and nearby tram connection) to Liège, Aachen, Maastricht, Spa, Namur and in our view wonderful Leuven (including the large Beguinage) made us and superbly refreshed in great Marzwetter.

With 4 girlfriends we were in Tilff. We were warmly welcomed with a welcome package including coffee, waffles and Jupiler. The house is very nice, luxurious and clean. The only downside we found that the owners only speak French, some communication in eg English had been nice.

The house had everything we needed, set 50m back from the main street of Tilff with a number of shops, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refurbished to a good standard. My brother and I had a comfortable and enjoyable week there. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They arrived to meet us, let us into the house and show us what we needed to know within 10 minutes of us arriving at the property.

We have been very friendly received by the landlady. She even prepared a delicious snack for us and Belgian specialties. The accommodation was very clean and very stylish. Beautiful. We went every day touring. Nice is, the train is only a few minutes away and he only 10 minutes to Liège needed. Very recommendable is Spa and Liège. Apart from Spa we always went somewhere and then went back to Tilff. It is wonderful to walk from Esneux on the Ourthe to Tilff. Very beautiful landscape. We can definitely recommend the apartment / holiday house.

The cottage is located on a main road but this does not bother. Highly recommended especially for those who want a weekend getaway and do not necessarily prefer the extremely remote spots.
