The house was perfect for hosting a group and the absence of direct neighbors was practical for enjoying the beautiful garden without worrying about noise. Lots of kitchen utensils and games available, a spacious and comfortable living room, and a punctual and friendly host. In short, an ideal house for groups who want comfortable accommodation with several possible configurations for the rooms. An ideal starting point to discover the region

We where with a couple of friends for the weekend. First let me say the owner of this accomodation is a hero. He is very friendly and is really helpfull. If you need any thing you only need to text or call him and he will help you where he can. The accomodation is really big and has a great garden. Every thing is clean and tidy. The kitchen, big enough for 4 to 6 people, is well equipped with enough pots and pans. At leaving day you can text the owner when you are ready to leave and he will do a last inspection of the place. We will look back at this weekend with only good thoughts and that is made possible by this accomodation and its owner, and for the last time we thank you out of bottom of our hearth.

We were there with a big group so the location was great, and because you don't have neighbors you don't have to worry about noise. The house had all the facilities we needed, and having two kitchens was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Large house with adequate sanitary facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. Everything was very neat. An enclosed garden was present with all amenities eg. bbq, tables, chairs, toys, ...

Well received by the owner who did everything to put us in the best conditions for our stay in his establishment. The accommodation is very complete and of very good quality.

We were first at the wrong address, but once the right address was found, everything was great! Calm environment. To enjoy.

Accommodate is good and fully equipped. The location is also in a nice and quiet place with enough space. However, the homeowner can only communicate in German and came in several times unannounced during our stay. This is of course not allowed. Here he also shouted at us.

A beautiful house with 2 identical floors, so you have 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. Behind the house is a beautiful garden with enough attributes to enjoy a nice BBQ outside. We were welcomed by the owner. In the area you can go for a nice walk and Lake Butgenbach is highly recommended.

Sober furniture. the 2 kitchens are well furnished, everything is there. the Owner is friendly and everything is possible. You just have to ask and it will be fine.

The cottage has a nice view, it is a nice walking area. The house is clean, and you can sit outside and light a fire. The children enjoy themselves in the playhouse.

The location is beautiful on the edge of the village on top of a hill so that you can see a perfect sunset in the evening. The accommodation is fully equipped and the large garden allows you as a large group to sit well together.

Cozy cottage in a beautiful setting!

We were with a family of 15 people. All praise and appreciation for the smooth booking of the house but also for the very clean house. The house is contemporary and modern with all the amenities you can expect. A very friendly landlord where we could easily make appointments. Spontaneously he told us that we could arrive a little earlier on the day of arrival and also later on departure on the departure day because there was no booking before and after. We have appreciated this very much. It is a very neat neighborhood, there is respect for the neighborhood and fellow man. Also very important is that no litter can be found. The people in this region are caring for their neighborhood. To be sure to go back. We experienced a very nice long Easter weekend!

Nice house, everything is present. The only downside is that you can not go directly to the garden. Only through the front door. Further perfect to do with friends.

We have a good long weekend had in Amel 1 and 2. Our party consisted of 4 families, 8 adults and 9 children (3 baby "s, three toddlers and preschoolers 3). Friendly received by the owner. There were good facilities in and around the house for the children (camp beds for the baby 's high chairs and a playground outside). There was also a large storage room for all racing bikes which we had with us. It was a great location for cycling from nearby. The weather was good so we could spend outside all weekend. The view is magnificent! The children were well entertained with a playground (slide / swings / sandbox) and the cows were standing behind the fence of the garden. Made a trip to the belevingsbos on the advice of the owner and also liked it. Only downside was that you could not go directly from the house / living room reach the garden, but everything had to go through the front door (where you do not have a view from the garden). I understand that the staircase has been ordered (to the garden straight from the living room at the back) so this will be solved in the near future! Overall highly recommended!

The property is particularly suitable for large groups. We ourselves were there with two families (with six children between three and 12 years) + 2 adults and 1 dog and yet it still managed to find a quiet spot in the house. The garden provided perfectly to playing outside and you could see the children with confidence about their business let go as well fenced garden near is.Ook is beautiful. You can do several walks along rivers, forests, ... Moreover, the welcome was top.Een Highly recommended!

The cottage is very well situated with a wonderful view! Also for children is great. We were 10 adults and 8 children. The garden was beautiful with a playground and some benches. In the evening we could use the fire pit and stood in the barn (free) wood. When that we would be allowed to call and he would brengen.Nadeel new wood to get into the garden you had to go through the front door. Our children were happy old enough to say that they could not walk, but for the little ones this is what lastiger.Binnen were the living spaces on two floors, so you had a kitchen upstairs and downstairs. We had rented this part of the house for a vacation with friends. The accommodation is well equipped with a large group (plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, ...). It was very neat and well maintained. The garden was ok.

Last weekend we held the bachelor party of a friend here. Everything exceeded our expectations the view, the house, the hospitality etc ...

We have 15 man seated in the cottage for a weekend, it was really great. The rooms are well laid out and the kitchens are even a dishwasher !! I recommend this cottage also highly for family weekends, it can be well used for sports teams. With regards
