The stay itself was certainly fine. Clean, lots of space, nice environment, ... Some small comments: 1) you can stay there with a lot of people, but there is relatively little material available in the kitchen. Limited place settings, oven dishes,... 2) The pool/jacuzzi is 2-in-1. However, the jacuzzi is cold and the pool should offer the possibility that you can swim by means of a jet in the pool, but it does not provide enough counter current to swim. Fun to play with the kids of course! 3) Not a house for grown-ups. Low doors and ceilings. Hit my head several times... 4) Last but not least: the energy bill afterwards. Beautiful solar panels on the villa, but apparently they are not used to the fullest? Afterwards we had to pay more than €400 (!!!) for a long weekend of 4 nights with 6 adults and 5 small children. Exaggerated, I think because they heat the pool (but not enough because it was cold) on pellets instead of the solar panels.

A great fun house! We enjoyed a lot. Less fun were the hundreds of flies in the house.

House is nice but in terms of heating and electricity quite outdated. The manager also came to the door on Saturday evening and walked right past us because the wifi was not working properly. (He lives in the same house in a separate part). We have often rented houses in the Ardennes, but this one was a bit disappointing with what we were used to. In their defense it was quite a bit cheaper than usual.

The reception was fairly cool and businesslike. For the price paid, there was no toilet paper, nor kitchen towels. Some rooms also have odor and moisture problems. I was still mistaken with Belvilla, while in my memory at previous Belvillas there was more communication, and a little more grandeur and precision. ivan

A big plus is the swimming pool, the children and grandchildren really enjoyed it. Thanks to the covered barbecue table and the pizza oven, this was also fine, with the rain we had to face. The cleanliness could be much better and there was still glass in the courtyard. The gas stove was not working properly. Fortunately, it is a beautiful region that even with rain overwhelms you.

It is a spacious house with all the necessities and a very beautiful environment! Personally, we thought it was too expensive for what it is, especially with all the extra costs (370 €), while we were really careful with heating and electricity.

We thought it was a successful accommodation.Wel a point that was disappointing, and was also indicated by others, the flies.What a fly say.It should be possible to place a screen door or something similar.We thought this was a really big downside. But, because we had been "warned" we had already hung a kind of net curtain as a fly screen in front of the / in the kitchen door. Which was also a point. there was a cowhide or something similar on the ground floor next to the kitchen, it just smelled. Or, there must have been pets in the house for us. We put that cowhide directly outside under the canopy. As for the dishwasher, sometimes it worked, other times it didn't. Or just not clean. Perhaps we did something wrong, but in our opinion it was not reliable. Other than that, very satisfied. Also beautiful surroundings.

Very suitable for green lovers, the house is in a rural location in a village. Very nice for walks or bike rides ect. Very quiet environment, house and place great to rest and relax.

Very smooth and pleasant reception, despite our many questions very smoothly. It is a beautiful location with great comfort and possibilities, the price is worth it. The rooms are good and the hygiene is in order. The only downside is weak water supply for the showers, the pressure is too low but this did not spoil our fun.

Everthing allright. Minor problems were responded to quickly. The house was very surprising. Lots to do for the kids. Only the flies were a scourge. (Many cattle in the area).

Arrival went well. Nice accommodation and the area is very beautiful. The description states that and a toilet is in the guesthouse, but that is not the case. Very unfortunate because now had to walk to the house for the toilet also at night. In the house were only 3 toilets so not very much if you are with 12 people. Price of the house is not very expensive, but there will come a lot of costs and a very high deposit that had to be paid (even for the summer there will be a large cost for electricity)

On arrival it was told that the shower on the first floor is leaking and we could not use it. Although we did not use that shower, it continued to leak throughout the week. It leaked through to the secret room so we couldn't use it either. The pool and the climbing wall were very nice for the kids. The pizza oven in the garden was a hit. Every room has its own theme, very nice. The children enjoyed themselves in the garden and the swimming pool. The area is very nice for walking. Plopsa coo is half an hour away and recommended for children up to the age of 10. All in all, had a nice week.

For a week we lost more than 600, - of gas water and light. That is ridiculously great !!! It was a downer after a wonderful week's vacation. We were careful with water, light and heating because the high costs were described earlier in the reviews. This was of no avail. So do you want to book? Remember that little deposit is returned on departure. The house was very beautiful! We had several leaks after the shower of the shower on the first and second floor. The environment was good, close to Malmedy and yet a lot of nature. Some historic sites were close by as well as a few lakes (Robertville Budghenbach). The house itself was good, outside the many flies and the very high energy bill afterwards (more than 350 euro for a week in the summer !!! Just to warm the pool - read large whirlpool - to heat).

Very nice landlord, everything has explained well. Relatively high additional costs - but that was foreseeable, since it was very cold. House very lovingly and witty.

We enjoyed ourselves in spite of the rain. A few small things did not work like the faucet and the toilet closet downstairs. The energy costs after the end were to be considered excessive. Almost € 250, - for a week while we had not been to the thermostat and had not fired wood .... have the feeling that they have fooled us here !!!

House looks like in the picture. Everything is in good condition (only DVD player could be more modern). Beautiful surroundings, special decor, lots of space. Somewhat difficult to find (GPS does not help). But a very nice experience!

The house is very nice. Especially in winter beautiful surroundings. When there is snow enough opportunities for cross-country skiing. Lovely jacuzzi and sauna in the house.

Beautiful residence with a few pleasant surprises. The owner lives in an apartment above the residence but was not a problem of some noise until the early hours. Highly recommended for groups of friends!

We have had a nice time with our group of friends.

We have a wonderful weekend behind us in this beautiful residence. To begin, we were received very warmly and we immediately got a tour of the house. The property is identical to the photo 's on the website and the decor is unique. The pool was definitely the flavor and is very spacious. There is a sauna and a climbing wall. The garden was very pleasant, perfect for a barbecue. There is also ample parking.

Nice house with several rooms and other areas enough space for our party (5 adults and 4 children, 6, 4 and 2 * 1 year). We certainly enjoyed this stay, there are all kinds of (sometimes crazy) surprises in this house. The indoor pool was a nice surprise for us, but consumption chases or the height! The location is nice and quiet, we sometimes saw reetjes standing from the window! In the garden the little kids have lots of fun. A minus is the kitchen gas stove, oven, dishwasher, pots all had mankementen.Voor that price you can expect that everything is in order!

Together with my children and grandchildren, we celebrated my 65th birthday. Wonderful weekend enjoy jacuzzi (very large), climbing wall and sauna. Beautiful nature walk ... and good food (kitchen is large enough). Very warm welcome. We will definitely go back!
