We hebben een leuke tijd beleeft in de woning. Aan het weer kan je niet veel veranderen maar door het binnenzwembad en de biljart met tafelvoetbal hebben we er een zeer leuke tijd beleeft. Overigens een mooie streek om te wandelen en te genieten van de natuur. Bij aankomst alles mooi uitgelegd en zeer beleefd bij zowel aankomst als vertrek. Een echte aanrader.

The house was in good condition, it had lots of luxury. The view on the bridge was perfect for our group, it made dining a lot better! The jacuzzi was greatly used and the beds slept well.

Cozy, big house, clean, complete with great wellness, billiards and table football.

The house is a bit older, everything was actually fine. There was too much chlorine in the swimming pool. We went home with a positive experience overall. Then came a little surprise, firstly the owner said we would get our deposit back with the bill within 2 weeks, which didn't happen. That's why we had to report ourselves after 3 weeks. But if there was no answer, then we did it through the investigative company. And after a week the deposit of 200 € came back without invoice and proof. By the way deposit was 600€. And we were there from Monday to Friday. I just can't believe that we used 400€ of electricity and water in 5 days. Pity!

Upon receipt we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the house. Rooms were clean, looked well cared for and were spacious. The Jacuzzi was turned on for us and the swimming pool as well as the Sauna were ready for use. Facilities within the house were fine and the owner sat with us to put on paper to make a map of what is available around the house to shops.Hier sat in it with 8 people and we had a great time!

Nice location by the railway bridge. A short distance from COO and centrally located for discovering the region . The house has a lot to offer but could be better maintained…

Everything is a bit outdated but otherwise a lovely house with all amenities. The beds need to be replaced.

After three weeks still no money received from our deposit. According to the contract, this was to be done within fourteen days. Six hundred euros is a lot for heating in full summer.

It's okay, but it could all be a little cleaner and more in order. unsociable lighting, jacuzzi got very hot very slowly so can't use evening 1, still coffee in coffee maker, sjotterkas half broken, ...

With children and grandchildren stayed a long weekend in this house. The welcome was very friendly and everything was clearly explained. We really enjoyed the pool, the jacuzzi, the pool table and the football table. The house is fully furnished, everything you need is available. Very nice that there are several bathrooms, this prevents traffic jams if you stay in one house with 11 people. Conclusion: highly recommended and worth repeating.

It's not the first time we book through Belvila

Arrival was nice. A beautiful big house and a friendly gentleman who received us. We were given a tour of the house and the meter readings were recorded in our presence. Afterwards that was also noted in our clause. (Deposit not yet back to 1.5 weeks). If you book this house you don't have to go out much!

Cozy village close by with lots to do. Beautiful environment. Cottage has enough luxury to spend a whole weekend cozy and lots of fun. Only 2 double beds so for many couples it is not very ideal. For the rest, more than enough at home and nothing to complain about.

The host was present on arrival. The host has given a tour of the house or French speaking. The home is fully equipped. We have a lot of fun. There is plenty to do and see in the area.

arrival was a bit strange, because there were people in it with children who were watching things or something. No idea what they were doing there. We were greeted warmly in French but unfortunately we do not understand that. Our first impression was therefore that we had the wrong house. Environment beautiful, but yes that busy road is a downside.

The arrival was well arranged. the accommodation was super clean.The area very nice.Only some noise from traffic aam the front and back of the house. but everything goes.

Good daycare! Clear explanation and a very friendly gentleman! Villa has all the luxury! Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna pool table and a nice kitchen! The kids can also play outside! Had a great weekend to recommend zkr! We will be back again soon!

Great house, location could be better because of the roads that run past the house. But all facilities make up for a lot. Was for us the second time we had a family weekend in the house, and everyone had a good time again.

What a wonderful week we had all together! The weather was fantastic of course, but in this house there is really everything to make everyone happy with bad weather. The indoor pool in particular was a hit. Unfortunately we hardly used the jacuzzi because there was too much chlorine in it and this caused our eyes to bother us. But otherwise ...... worth repeating !! Unfortunately the reception was in French, which was a problem for us because we do not speak this language. The creaking steps belong to this house.

The house was neat and tidy. The welcome very friendly. Fortunately there was a swimming pool, sauna, play area, garden, play area for the little ones so that we could all enjoy. Children of different ages, one that still has to sleep, two adults who were a little sick but we could have fun indoors. Quiet for the parents because of the children's play areas. Lots to do in the area. But we only did walk to Coo waterfalls. A few hours to Wanne.

A warm welcome.Only we can not speak French so that was equally difficult.A good accommodation, as described. Only the jacuzzi was broken that was a disappointment. The environment is beautiful only you have to cross a busy road where is ridden hard. And the front door is right on the road. That is a disadvantage. But we had a nice stay.

Everything is there, but the service should be better checked. if there are any leftovers left from the previous tenant, I do not think that's ok

Appointment with concierge went very smooth. Beautiful surroundings super view pleasant terrace with all amenities. Bakery nearby and supermarket at 4 km.

Beautiful house with all luxury. Homeowner made sure that the pool and jacuzzi were on temperature when we arrived. Quiet area.

We were very kindly received, and had a tour of the house. We were with a best group and there was something for everyone to do. You could not really get bored. We have enjoyed all the facilities, sauna, pool jaccuzie great definitely worth a visit. And maybe we'll come back again!

Upon arrival, the landlord was waiting for us to let us in. He has shown and explained everything to us.

The cottage was fine just a pity that the whole area is a winter break in and then doing nothing is nearby

We were received very warmly by the owner who was us t Dutch to help. The house is in a beautiful setting. Very nice view of a railroad bridge. Idd is the house though surrounded by roads, but we have here (prob because we were late in year t) unaffected by had. House is not excessively beautiful in finish (little old) but has all the luxuries which we have had a wonderful and enjoyable weekend. Certainly the basement with pool Jacuzzi sauna and pool table were to the delight of our children (and us).

The house itself looked good, just a pity that there is only a picture 's not happen with the house itself. It's a different cuisine and I have never seen a bar. Otherwise the house very well.

We have received incredibly friendly, did not just explain the facilities in the house, but also what to do in the area. We enjoyed by all (11 's).

Wonderfully clean house something for everyone young and old, beautiful country estate 1min point of the garden tables are required to be renewed.

Pool and jacuzzi are real pluses to the house hiking or kayaking after a day.

the facilities offered, are in need of freshening. Tiles in the man-cave are broken, billiard cloth has to be replaced and the football is so skewed that the balls at one point roll. Furthermore, it is odd that there is no toilet on the ground floor, but you have to go up or down. Further good time though. Located 3 minutes drive from Coo and that's ideal.

Cozy cottage, ideal to attract more children. The basement, with billiards, foosball and pool is nice. Especially if the weather is less. Parents can relax in the sauna or jacuzzi.Ook very close to Plopsa Coo, ideal to combine.

The cottage was fine in very nice omgeving.Echter three weeks after our stay we still had not returned the deposit, and we also have the final settlement have not received!

Young (9 years) and old (67 years) have a lot of fun in the more than complete villa. Even with the terrible wet weather outside we have 12 man still four days entertained fine. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The house was in this period very humid.

With a group of friends we stayed a weekend in this house. We had a great weekend thanks to good service. Everything tip top arranged. Thanks so clean and everything we needed was provided.

Because of our 40th wedding anniversary made this journey together with our (children) 3 families. Friendly welcome from Frederic Clermont. When it appeared that the pool a lot of chlorine contained he offered us to use the pool on the other side of a bigger house and much fancier. An excellent alternative, which may at the end of the holiday season, but still ..... This gesture is very much appreciated by us.

fine week spent with children and grandchildren - everything plentiful - good mattresses what the rest benefited - a busy street lined but this certainly was not disturbing as the garden assured a reasonable conclusion

We had a good holiday but it was not really very special. The owner was friendly. Only complaints he did not immediately like what rips a broken door handle to the toe.Er porch in the bank and the living room was quite small for so many people, fortunately we were only 6 people. Unfortunately, no screens on the windows and bring earplugs if the weather is hot and you want to have the windows open

We loved this property but we stayed with my grown up children, my grandchild and a dog. The garden is very steep and so too steep for ball games and a toddler. Also the dog got out onto the room because the fencing is not secure! But this does not mean we did not like it, the house is lovely and the view amazing, roads are a little noisy but it didnt bother us.

We had a great week the house was big enough for us we were 6 adults and 2 small children. It was within easy reach of bedrooms lovely pool where we have much use gemaakt.Ook Jacuzzi was fine. In the basement we have us a good time with the football and biljart.De setting was lovely very nice view from the fenced balkon.Er was plenty to do in the area for young and old.

For a group of 11 people an excellent villa. All modern facilities (pool, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and table football, volleyball, etc.) and very pleasant contact with the landlord. Excellent environment too, 5 minutes from everything you need.

bike weekend with friends, good base for 3 days mountain biking

We have been فج r New Year's Eve as a group in the house. We liked it very much. Even if the house is something au ෾ rhalb, has not bothered us much. Sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool have made us the time to spend there. And the owner was very nice and the R ࿌ kabwicklung the deposit has everything worked properly.

House located in a beautiful environment where we were hospitably received on arrival by Frederic, the owner. After a tour with clear explanations we enjoyed a week of this beautiful home. Definitely worth repeating!

We had a nice time in this villa, which is equipped with many conveniences. The villa is as described in other reviews, between two roads. This was, in December, not really a problem in terms of noise.

We were traveling with 2 families and were 7 people. The first impression was not quite as expected, as the villa is located between two busy roads and to a popular bike route is to appear. To the road noise there is the beautiful drawbridge into play, which was once capable of awakening at night. Around the villa were missing footways or similar. The villa itself can only be described the cellar with its pool, sauna and outside hot tub as a top. The beds were very bad because the mattresses are so worn out that after 2 nights you get real back problems. A hallway lamp that must purely be turned by hand, an old staircase so loud creaking doors and you have to raise it to speak for itself to close. The owner was very friendly and the reversals have taken place as stated in 14 days. All in all, the photos are not really what it is.

What you do not see in the photo, is that the front and back of the house is a busy road. The house is therefore not recommended for tranquility in the summer. If you sit inside in the winter, you will not notice. We had 8 people. Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi were fine. The children had great fun there as well as the parents. The home owner is a friendly man who is busy with a Dutch course and that he does well. Supermarket is 8 min drive. The Coo waterfalls are at 5 min. Driving distance. You can also rent bikes and I do not know what.

The house is like us just fine! However few hiccups .. the busy roads that run along the house, the pool was fine just a pity that you have no view of the pool due to children from the terrace. For the toilet you have to go up or down, not convenient. Despite being called a great trip!

serious downsides. the fans in the bathrooms and showers were full of mold, really in full!! DVD player was not in the living room. afterwards we got a bill of 500 euros for gas and electricity for two weeks. many simply outrageous. we needed to know in advance we had not booked. This could be for sure it listed on the site so that the costs are very high!!
