We stayed in this beautiful apartment last weekend. We were well informed by the hostess in advance. We were very well received upon arrival and also during the stay help was available where necessary. The house is large, well furnished and super clean. Saturday we walked in a beautiful area and on Sunday we used the super wellness, which can be booked. In the wellness area we were warmly welcomed by the host. Everything was well explained. The wellness area is also super clean. Upon departure the hostess came to say goodbye. In short; highly recommended for a top stay, hospitable people and a beautiful environment! Hope to see you again!

The apartment was very neat and clean. Fully equipped. With a young family, this was a great place for us for a holiday. The play barn was a great success with our children. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It's a quiet area. Ideal to relax.

After a warm welcome we were able to further explore the apartment ourselves. It is basic, but very clean and everything is available to have a nice holiday. Ideal for a family with two children. Not a luxury, but not necessary either. It is not the intention that you stay inside all day, of course when you are in the Ardennes.

Well maintained and well-kept apartment, pleasant landlady and very beautiful region. We enjoyed it.

It was a nice apartment. Everything was there, including dishwasher and washer / dryer. There is a play barn for the kids but our daughter was afraid of the dogs so she didn't dare anymore. It was just noisy.

Good reception with sufficient explanation by the hostess, apartment was very clean .. very quiet location, beautiful region for walkers and cyclists. Mattresses are not all equally good and the down cover is synthetic which is not as pleasant as cotton. Kitchen facilities perfectly fine.

Very warm welcome, well-equipped gîte. Many marked walks in the countryside and the forest. Possibility of enjoying the "Wellness Paradeis" for a supplement (50 € for 2 people for 3 hours): Nordic sauna, infrared cabin, outdoor jacuzzi.

We are very warmly welcomed in a well-kept apartment.

The apartment was easy to find, spacious, very clean and fully equipped. It is partly in the mountainside so the bedrooms are nice and cool in the summer. The female manager speaks good Dutch and is exceptionally friendly and helpful. This apartment can be connected with the neighbors by means of a double opening connecting door. What we found a disadvantage, because these connecting doors are not insulated and so you can literally follow everything that happens at the neighbors when both families are sitting in the living room. Furthermore, we want to give as a tip that the outside door is also equipped with a mosquito net, so that you can keep the door nice and open all day long. We recommend the Cascade bath in Bitburg (30 minutes), the two shopping centers just across the border in Luxembourg (20 minutes) and Cochem (75 minutes).

The accommodation was entirely as expected, clean, tidy and spacious. Our daughter immediately took possession of the four-poster bed and the play barn where she was greeted enthusiastically by the farm dog Semmie. We were able to store our bikes in a separate shed. Hostess Heike welcomed us warmly and was easily accessible throughout the week for questions or tips. It was very nice to get a tour on the farm, educational for city kids! It was wonderfully quiet and a great base for trips closer and further away (Luxembourg city for example).

Unfortunately, we have only been able to enjoy 2 days. My husband got sick and we went home the 3rd day. The arrival went well and we were satisfied with the accommodation.

Arrival was fine arranged Heike was almost done with the key and information. The apartment is well equipped with everything you can expect from a luxury. Two bedrooms and a spacious shower / bathroom.

Friendly welcome, very spacious and clean apartment and with warm days nice and cool because the back is for a large part underground. Beautiful surroundings and good base.Wel very annoying are the flies! Advice to let through the morning and to keep the door closed did not make sense and was not effective in the end, but bought from the adhesive strip and hung everywhere. In the guestbook we read that fat this already played in 2015 and the guests suggested a fly curtain in the doorway .. yes seems better than the door shut.

Nice accommodation with plenty of space. By car, everything is good to see. But the village itself is also worth it. Friendly people, and the accommodation has everything you need.

Very spacious apartment with good sanitary bath rain shower and full kitchen including large refrigerator. Very rural surroundings with lots of greenery around. Ideally suited for long walks through the beautiful nature. Furthermore kindly received by the owner. Worth repeating.

We were very welcoming we received were pleasantly surprised with the Christmas tree at home. Everything was there what you want on vacation even sauna.De area was nice a downside you do have to do a car for shopping.

We were themselves later than the estimated time of arrival. The owner was not there, but her daughter brought us directly to the apartment and show where we can find. Our first impression of a spacious, fully equipped apartment. Also suitable for those less well with mobility / wheelchair dependent. We enjoyed the rest of the days of the tranquil environment. Quiet, close to Belgium and Germany. This allows many possibilities highly recommended for uitjes.Zwembad in Bitburg, War museum Bastogne indrukwekkend.Daarnaast Kayaking and climbing can be done but it is a little further from home (50 minutes) The hostess is very helpful and the cottage itself is clean and kitchen is fully equipped.

We have had wonderful days in a very fine appartement.In the area was much to do. We will definitely come back again.

Apart from the weather we have here (late August) had a great week with our two children. The apartment is spacious and very complete. There were two cots, a changing table, a playpen and highchair. In addition, the apartment has a dishwasher, and could be made use of a washer and dryer, which are in a common area. Ideal. The welcome was friendly. Spoken in this region is German, but the hostess speaks good Dutch. For children, there are a number of outdoor playground equipment (swings, slide, trampoline). The children of the hostess played with our daughter there. She loved this. We were in an apartment downstairs. The advantage of this is that there was a terrace. Drawback is that the inside was moist, because the apartment is largely below ground (apartment complex is built on a hill). Another downside were the many flies due to the farm behind the apartment. Apart from these points, the apartment is a must. Location is quiet and the area is pretty rural.

We had a pretty amazing week with our two children (0 to 2 years) in this apartment. Very spacious and modern, with extra "s like a dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge, playpen, highchair and toys. The children were beautiful bath and large shower was nice and warm. In the apartment you have a lot of privacy, a terrace where we the sunshine enjoyed delicious (we had beautiful weather in March!) for children. also plenty of room on a large lawn with play area and a daily visit to the cowshed was very nice. The owners are quiet , friendly and helpful people and speak good Dutch., we have in the area many beautiful walks and toured by car. forest, meadows, hills and valleys alternate. Also, are you in Luxembourg or Germany. Overall, highly recommended .

The house is more beautiful than the picture 's. It is a lovely place between the farms. A large lawn and a swing, slide and trampoline for the kids. We had wonderful weer.en we have entertained us well. Especially in luxembourg are some nice places. Weismanpach (more) Vianden (castles) luxembourg city (shopping)

The apartment is spacious and modern. Around the house are opportunities to sit outside and the children play and have some grass to play on. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking some "morning was not so pleasant. It is in the village is very quiet. There's really nothing to do. The landlady is friendly, welcoming and you can with her in Dutch communiceren.Hou note that additional costs may be high, because almost everything is calculated per day.

Excelente uitvals base for further excursions in the area. Very briefly, located in Germany and Luxembourg. The apartment has all the luxury to absorb any rain days. The family is doing their very best in your own language to catch. just wonderful

We very much enjoyed our stay at Grufflingen. Very warm welcome and a wonderful tour through the beautiful winter landscape were offered. The Facilities in the house are fine. Very nice area with good hiking trails. Great to have all kinds of brochures and maps are prepared in the house so you will familiarize yourself and all kinds of fun suggestions will be treated. You can really get away relax at this address ..!

We have had a wonderful week in this house. Fully equipped, modern and very comfortable. For the children it was very nice that there is a nice big TV with DVD player so they "evening enjoy a movie could look. It is also very central for making trips! The owners are super nice and very helpful! The is highly recommended.

Despite the unfavorable weather a wonderful week away thanks to the cottage that is fully equipped! Lovely shower and bath, nice sofa, DVD player also plenty of entertainment at home so. Also a very nice area where we definitely would like to come back with better weather.

The very good and high quality furnished apartment offers a good starting point for day trips. The eastern Belgium, the Eifel, Luxembourg and France are in the vicinity. The owner (a nice German-speaking farming family with 4 children) is very helpful and courteous. For relaxation a lovely furnished small spa area (extra charge). The area is for nature lovers (High Fens) with its many hiking trails very well suited.
