Long weekend booked near Durbuy.Leuk apartment for 6 rented in Résidence durbuy. The 2 of us each had our room. Slept very well. Free shuttle to Durbuy is definitely a plus.

It was a huge disappointment to learn on arrival that the pool was closed until July 1. We had nevertheless chosen this accommodation because of the pool. (Due to the high temperatures) 😡Also the other swimming pool nearby closed for renovation. However, it seems in the "brochure" that we could enjoy the water. This is really misleading information, and we are really not happy with it!

The arrival was good. The accommodation not clean. The surroundings are beautiful.

Nicely located park near Durbuy. Our house was dated, the bathroom, kitchen and furniture are in need of replacement. The facilities at the park are also excellent and the measures related to corona are well observed. We had an upstairs apartment and had a discussion with the downstairs neighbors about who could sit where outside, this was not clear. Ultimately, Belvilla supplied extra garden furniture so that everyone could enjoy the sun outside.

Unfortunately, the system was already in the years. For family with children it is unfortunately not.

It was a pleasant and relaxing holiday! Definitely recommend for families!

Stayed for a long weeked, the surrounds of the site are beautiful and in a very quiet location with lots of amenities in the local area. Kitchen had lots of equipment and utensils! Very clean and homely. Only downsides were that there were no duvets, only a fleecy blanket to go on top of you and check in seemed to be very slow. Would come definitely come back!

The location of Residence Durbuy is fine, but the clustered homes with neighbors above and side neighbors offer little privacy. The houses are well spacious, but they are not technically well-maintained lopsided toilet seat, missing bulb, leaking gutter, broken chair legs, etc., etc.. Biggest obstacle was the shower with constantly changing temperature or too hot or too cold for the kids really dangerous! The house was not clean. When we arrived there were 20 flights in and there was especially around the curtain hoods. Cobwebs everywhere, In short, this park is in our opinion are definitely not a must, and we would be only after a thorough makeover, with thermostatic valves and good cleaning a & quotbelvilla "dare mention., The Ardennes, Durbuy have liked, but we never choose this park .

The property is located right above Durbuy, in a quiet and wooded area, yet close to the town of Durbuy. The indoor swimming pool at walking distance is a plus.

In particular, the Christmas atmosphere in Durby we enjoyed. Super.

Fine midweek in a lovely comfortable cottage. Seen and walked a lot.

When we arrived we were tired from the trip and what a disappointment, disillusionment or disappointment give the house a name. The cottages are neat. Outside the pool, there is nothing to do on the holiday. Nearby is however much to do.

First we had a little afraid that our house was above the reception, later turned out to be a plus because of our balcony we saw our children in the pool.We have made many trips and our kids had a lot of friends quickly! great

We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in Residence Durbuy.De reception staff were very friendly and helpful.The cottage was fine, the value for money was very goed.In around is much to see and do. From the park you can walk in 20 minutes to the center of Durbuy.

It was a nice vacation, but the house was not pretty cleaned. There were cobwebs on the walls, lots of dust on the cabinets ..

Beautiful park. Cottage was a bit dated, but clean. Durbuy within walking distance. Beautiful walks from the cottage.

Had a fun time, many of the area seen, and gespeeld.Goed helped at the reception, in the snow very well received and tips.Enige downside for us was that the cottage was very damp and clammy was.Verwarming this in one weekend is not " drying ".

Reception was fine, cottage looked inside and out good. Good beds, bath with shower, 2 sinks and toilets in the entrance and a toilet with douche.Bediening the heating was just figuring but then well temperatuur.Warmte appearance of the fireplace was beperkt.Al in all a good value accommodation.

We have just returned from a mid-week old to new. We had a great time here in our holiday. At the park, everyone is friendly and above can take you almost anywhere in the park in Dutch communication (reception, ...). Our cottage was really nice, well located, pretty fine, highly recommended. In the house you already upon entering a home feeling. Spacious layout and fully equipped for a few wonderful days to spend. We're definitely going back!

The cottages were very clean and comfortably furnished above the fireplace was cozy for the Christmas period. The weather can unfortunately not order but Durbuy is super cozy this period. The front desk people were extremely friendly and spoke very good Dutch, which is a big plus. Our dogs were welcome (there were lots of dogs) but the price I did not fit, 105euro for 1week??? Are not you afraid to take your car there is much to see in this region

We had a nice autumn in Durbuy, Durbuy the Halloween night in town was really leuk.Ook Plopsa Coo is a must.

Reasonable house, not very up to date, small TV, rusty dishwasher, very humid in the house. Pity there is no 3rd bedroom. Beds are OK and surroundings are superb.

Good park, lots of rest and a very good home. But bring your own pillows!

The park is very nicely landscaped. Lots of space. The cottage was tiptop with all the trimmings. "In the evening the cozy fireplace and" morning breakfast in the sun. I would so go back.

Totally baffled about the accommodation. Dirty cigarette smell in the house, mold in the bathroom, dirty stains on the mattress, where a thin cover over it. 1x weekly change of towels (huh??) No playground for the little ones among us (yes a steep downward outside the park). We had booked and paid for 7 days and drove home after 3 days. For us it was a total waste of money while I still thought that one could take in the Ardennes. Not a bad thing

In the first part of this questionnaire I have my many data about the accommodation and the facciliteiten. I have noted that in the wrong place, I did not know there were later opportunities to give my opinion. In particular, the tennis court was not to look at. The playground was too small. They were not ready for the new season at the park seemed.

Great time - the kids loved the pool (free) and the mom chilly ... (Tropical pool heated!).

Fun for the rest, if you have no neighbors above you. The cottage is nice from the outside, but inside you should it also take into account the energy, slow-burning stoves, fireplaces and smoking neighbors with small children. I never go for it, I've seen it.

Holiday Park in a well located for shopping and outdoor activities. House very clean, well equipped kitchen.

It is soothing in Recedence Durbuy.Het cottage type Atlas we have resident for 6 pers. was good, clean and cozy ingericht.Met the car you different ways to do various activities eg a Durbuy Durbuy Adventure at 3km afstand.Boodschappen pick is so removed from the spar at 3km distance Barvaux.In Durbuy 2km itself can cosily sit on the terraces, or shopping and s, evening out to eat gaan.Kortom during the summer holiday period is the super gezellig.Wij will definitely go back.

staying to do over again

A great park, great house (6p down with garden / terrace). We were there in early June so preseason. You must imagine a cozy holiday as there is to do NOTHING. The pool was open but the water was super cold, further, there is no entertainment as playground, tennis courts, or other things. There is no shop for the necessities of life, so you have all messages to Barvaus (7km). Not a problem, but was easy geweest.Wij had a child from 1 6p a house, very spacious, private bedroom (to put down) and fine furniture too.If you in the area, and no demands on the park this is a great vacation spot!

Very nice and spacious house, comfortable chairs and sofas. Everything was there. Only they had blankets instead. duvets. So many blankets on top of each other for the cold ..

Nice spacious house with all mod cons .. but the park much to do .. no supermarket or something to eat. For kids to do. Little to nothing Environment still beautiful and nice terraces in the area. Also nice to have a day to do something sporty in area (Durbuy Adventure). With us there was only one problem in the kitchen .. rear kitchen was built some rotting making house stank. Asked sure to check it, but the problem was not finally resolved .. so we had a nice house with odor .. and I find that a poor service!
