Renovated studio with combi microwave, Durbuy 3km

In 2020, a large number of apartments in Résidence Durbuy was completely renovated and refurnished. You'll basically stay in a completely new apartment in an existing, wooded holiday park.
This modern studio is situated on the first or second floor and features all modern comforts. The furnishings are warm and pleasant. The living room/bedroom features a TV. The bedroom is not separate from the living room, but thanks to the double "high sleeper" idea, you don't see the bed all the time. The modern open plan kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher. In the bathroom, you'll find a bathtub with shower and a toilet.
Some of the studio's of this type come with a furnished patio. At the other apartments, a small outdoor seating area has been created on the landing of the stairs leading up to your front door. This is also complete with garden furniture. You can park your car nearby the apartment.

Nice place, friendly welcome and comfortable and well-appointed stay.
The stay was very pleasant! Nothing to say about the apartment. It was disappointing that the reception was not allowed to lend anything (fondue / gourmet / games / movies / ping pong set) while this was communicated in advance. The swimming pool also turned out to be closed, it would have been nice if these changes had been reported in one of the emails. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the beautiful cycling paths in the area and the nice villages!
The park is okay and has the right amenities. For us, the studio was adjusting. We found it very dark inside and not being able to shower standing up was annoying.

The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. It was also clean, neat and tidy. Everything is there: lots of crockery, extensive panning, enough cutlery, etc. There were two things that we did not find very useful: the bed at height (inconvenient to make) and the shower under the sloping wall. The environment is very beautiful and there is plenty to do. Had a wonderful holiday!
Booked with baby through belvilla agente. There appears to be no separate room!!!! Everything is one big space. In other words, after 1830 you can hardly move in the house because of sleeping baby. Everything should also be dark. He was also constantly awake (because yes you have to eat etc.). In short, a very tiring situation. We also leave the day before. This would be ripe for a full refund.

The apartment is fine and looks like the photos, although it is already a bit tired. However, the bathroom was anything but satisfactory. Nice apartment with everything on and on, within walking distance of Durbuy and Barvaux.
We had a great time and enjoyed the ambience.
