Dirty floor, rusted floor lamp, lamps in the living room full of dust. Curtains moldy. Garden chairs have holes in the upholstery, white storage basket is dirty. The living room chairs are dirty. Mold on the baseboards, shower tiles show mould. This must represent a well-maintained holiday home?!

Fine Park, simple studio. Outside Swimming pool was unfortunately closed, despite the fact that the reception indicated that it was open at check-in. Shower and refrigerator were broken, this was resolved after 1 call the same day

Everything in order at first impression

Although we were not satisfied with the holiday home and the reception, the stay in Durbuy was not too bad after all.

Environment was really super beautiful. Less to experience but this was because we had a dog with us. Man at the reception nice. Only if several people need help, it can take quite a while. So maybe 2 people present of which one gives the keys and one for the things that can be handled quickly would be nice. The house smelled very musty due to probably the moldy curtains, this is probably because you have to pay for the electricity so people do not heat the house because it naturally costs electricity. We therefore left the day before because we were suffering from respiratory problems. We were shocked by the position of the electricity meter .. so you have to note your starting position and your final position. We had lost around 42 euros for one night, did not heat up, watched the radio for 2 to 3 hours on the radio. Wanted to report this to the reception but these were no longer present. So we just had to write a note with a comment about this high amount on the bill. Too bad that you have already paid a pretty high amount for your booking and that you still have to pay your electricity separately. For us at least the next time an all inclusive vacation.

Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. The neighbors had a better stay with more comfort and hygiene but paid a kind of equal company. I think we were unlucky to book a last minute. We only lived 1 night instead of 2.

The welcome was nice, not really welcome but okay. We expected that we could sit outside on our terrace, but we could only discover a few stones on the main road, which we also shared with the neighbors next to us. Park about 25 minutes walk from Durbuy. The reception was neat, although French-speaking area the receptionist did talk his way daily. The house itself was filthy. The first offered house smelled terrible, very musty and damp. Window was too dirty to see through to the outside. The walls, ceilings and lights were full of dead bugs (mostly beaten broken with nice blood spatter ..). Thus, back to reception. Here was totally surprised reacted and offered us the only other available apartment also was not prescribed quality and very noisy! A beautiful park located in a quiet area

Fine house, nothing fancy but is clean and affordable in price. Friendly people at the reception. You walk into nature and do well in distance to Dubuy.

Nice studio for after the season. Since the terraces have no floors above the other guests next or you will sit on the terrace. Interior apartments is simple and here and there some worn. Complaints were however quickly rectified.

It was a nice apartment in a beautiful nature. However, the condition of the apartment was bad. The walls had holes, the tiles layers of the wall, in the duvet were more than 20 burn holes from cigarette butts and the carpet was full of dirty stains. The cottage completed in terribly sloppy. Everything felt very dirty and stuck to. I have to clean the whole house thoroughly before little was passable, which was not the intention would be if you want to escape the daily activities. However, nature was beautiful, so we were happy lot outside the door. If you're a week forced here (eg through bad weather) would sit inside it is not beneficial to your mood.

Enjoyed a couple of wonderful days in the Ardennes. Quiet and just park. Durbuy town is cozy. Plenty of opportunities for sporting activities (hiking, mountain bike, kayak) in the neighborhood. Day attractions like the Han caves nearby.

It was a nice house. Curling. Not super clean, but everything we needed was there.

We were looking for a nice cottage for 2 people in the Ardennes. We have also been given. Beautifully situated a few kilometers outside Durbuy (steep slopes to compete with cycling). The cottage was basic but fine. Nice but narrow bed. Kitchen equipped with over / oven and four burners. Good park for families to be. In the Ardennes The outdoor pool is perfect for entertaining (if not too cold outside) children. Do not expect non-stop entertainment for children and parents at the park, but Durbuy down the hill has plenty to offer. At least for parents

The park is in a beautiful setting, beautiful views, enjoyed the country.The house / apartment there was enough space, no complaints about the bed (had own sheets etc) kitchen was adequate, bathroom was okay only pity the bathtub which is very small which makes it uncomfortable showering, a shower would have been more fun. Also filling the tub lasted very long. The cottage was clean to the eye, can be found here and there cobwebs and dusty. Furthermore, super friendly staff, Dutch speaking people which is very nice. Bread service was perfect, nice and fresh. (Did not use the pool)

The cottage was spacious than we had previously thought. We were the two of us in a midweek Durbuy and have not bored us. We wanted an active getaway and have it knocked at LPM. Beautiful setting, on a hillside terraced. Cottages are not completely clean, as we had read in other reviews. Cobwebs in the corners, dust and a bit stale. As "n 7/8 swatted mosquitoes every day. The studio itself looks beyond good. Ideal place for walking / mountain biking had / kayaking or in Durbuy sit on a terrace. Wonderful holiday.

We have been here for a week in our summer vacation. The welcome at reception (Dutch) was quite good which they take ample and kindness in all the time for you. That this may be a somewhat long wait. The two-room apartment (ground floor) was inside equally clean everywhere. For example, the mattress was partly moldy. Despite that it was fine in life. My husband and I had a mid-week apartment booked. The park is simple but mooi.Het apartment was clean and luxurious. I was glad we had a ground floor so we weather the patio door could be opened up. We took advantage of the 2 routes that ran from the park and the bread service. This was fine. Thanks, we've had a few nice days in the Ardennes.

Our holiday home on the ground floor was completely on top of the mountain. Luckily there was a parking lot near the cottage. The furniture looked a little tired, but the kitchen and the bathroom were neatly orde.DVD microwave and we did not use, but was present. The cottage was tiled, probably not without reason, because it smelled very damp in the house and saw along the edges of the floor some mold stains. Nice studio, spacious enough for our family of dad, mum and baby. Ask when booking or to ground, due pram. The park is NOT wheelchair friendly. Steep slopes and lots of stairs and loose gravel paths. Well regulated waste! Also to the environment is expected. Good service at the park. Beautiful surroundings, you really feel like on holiday. The brasserie down the slope small meals (pasta 's, sandwiches, pancakes, etc.), very nice! Durbuy itself is definitely worth it in nice weather. The new pool is great for kids. Location of the cottage is excellent. Decor is simple and with daily use modern conveniences such as a microwave, TV and DVD player. The bed is reasonable and has no sofa as it is described on the website. It is wise to take itself pillows if you can not stand flat pillows. Sleep is important because if you are on holiday ;-)

We (my husband, myself and our dog.) Its been a midweek. It is a comfortable studio with all the trimmings. We had a kitchen with fridge, oven / microwave, induction cooker available. The bed was fine and we had a sitting area and TV including DVD player so bring something nice flimpjes it. By car it is about 5 minutes to Durbuy prayers. It is a cozy cute town and there is plenty to do, including kayaking, quad biking and then enjoy lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants that point.The is really a must to z 've got to go, or even a club.
