The house is ideal for a holiday with a large group including children! The large garden offers many romping and playing opportunities. The trampoline was a success! The BBQ and terrace are wonderful when the weather is nice. The house is ideally located for excursions to the High Fens, La Gileppe, Lake Robertville, ... The industrial kitchen is practically furnished. There is sufficient kitchenware, 3 refrigerators, a freezer and an industrial dishwasher. The living room (including a bar from a former hotel) and the bedrooms (almost all with a bathroom) are simply, but practically furnished. The owners are very friendly and are ready to solve any problems.

Nice house, especially for big groups with kids. There is a separate playing area, which is nice. Kitchen is well equipped, nice spacious rooms. Big garden.

We had a pleasant stay in Le Fagna with 33 people (15 kids). The house is in a good location and very big with lots of rooms and a cozy living room and dining area. The rooms are a bit damp in the morning but not problematic. The professional kitchen is absolutely fantastic with lots of material and space. Everything we needed for such a large group was available. The energy bill was high though due to the heating system. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if we ever do this again.

Great location for big family weekends. Child and elderly friendly. Nice sauna and play room (air hockey, pool table, football table) We specially appreciated the old fashioned bar area with enough tables for a flexible setting. A big fully equipped kitchen that allows to make meals for large groups. Nice outside space and as it was winter we had snow. Calm and quiet road. Not for very loud groups, as the neighbors are very strict about noise after 10 p.m. Not for people looking for very modern and flashy design.

House is ok, not too bad. Bed linen costs 10 euros per person and you must make all the beds yourself. Dirty diaper found in one of the bedrooms. Wasp's nest on the top floor, so those rooms could not be used. Very brutal owners. Treated us terribly. We only stayed four nights and they accused us of ridiculous damage. They did not answer our emails or respond and they did not refund our deposit. In addition to paying the cleaning costs for accommodation, we toiled and cleaned the entire house ourselves. Yet they accused us of all sorts of things and were very racist. We strongly recommend this house!

A great opportunity for a large group. Plenty of space both outside and inside. The area also has a lot to offer. We have spent a midweek here with 25 people with great pleasure. The owner and his wife are very nice people and help you to make the stay a success.

Holiday home in a great location from which one can go for an ideal walk to eg High Fens, Reinhardstein ... Beautiful garden for the children and a large parking lot. Friendly owner, everything went well. is located at the ski slopes of Ovifat. The rooms were comfortable and clean, well-equipped kitchen where you can cook for the whole gang. The described facilities such as billiards leave a bit to be desired. The deposit of 1250 is reasonably high, yet we paid 750 euros in fixed costs. The cleaning had to be paid separately. This could also be taken from the deposit. A few minor repairs should also be carried out. (eg cleaning gutters so that you do not always get a flurry of water when you step outside, shower door ....)

Smooth and efficient reception, clear explanation of the kitchen appliances. Very pleasant and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated. Nice garden for a summer residence. Varied walks in the vicinity, forest, water and open landscape. Beautiful views. In the village only a bakery on Sunday, for other shops half an hour away.

A family weekend together was wonderful. Friendly welcome and instruction in the house. Address does not fit, the navigation system leads to another house. (at least German Navi) Nice common room and great kitchen. Great environment, a lot of nature.

Everyone in the group was very satisfied with the stay. Everything was in perfect order on arrival. It was also nice that we could start a walk directly from the accommodation.

Very nice house for a reunion as we have one last weekend. Nice bar, large kitchen, games and as good as everyone's own room plus bathroom. Only the living room is a little less cozy, but ok for a weekend. Our shower also had no hot water for a day, but in the other rooms in order. Environment very quiet with ski slopes within walking distance and great hiking trails. Finally, the landlords were very sympathetic and friendly (even when we arrived a little too early).

We are 35 Been family weekend from 1 month to 88 years old.The house is nicely located on a quiet street with large garden where the children could well spelen.Het weather was not brilliant making upon arrival the rooms on the groundfloor were soggy, bedding felt clammy aan.Bij some beds were slats of the Lattoflex piece. The kitchen was spacious, plenty of storage space, but baking pans urgent need of renovation! There were two brewing there that we could use but one since 2nd mold stond.Er was only one thermos we could not use because it was dirty inside and not to get clean - not easy as "morning 30 people having breakfast together ... In the room were new seats where it was pleasant to zitten.In the dining room on the other hand it was dark and gloomy is also spoken by the outdated website meubilair.Op a petanque court, but it was overgrown by our onkruid.Dankzij cozy family still had a good weekend but we certainly will not return.

The house was big enough and the surroundings very nice

Beautiful surroundings, beautiful house with all the trimmings. Plenty of seating areas and well-equipped kitchen. Enough space in and around the house and enough space to withdraw in. The play is awesome! As a family with 32 men we really enjoyed. However, the finish and operate several appliances including dishwasher could be better. The drain of the sink is not glued so at some point the kitchen was flooded. The showers in the sauna room are not waterproof so the space with water stands. The sewer system regularly gives a nasty smell in the house. That's too bad.

In August 2014 we took a brisk walk through the valleys of the Warche Bayehon and, in August 2015 we chose the real Fagnes from Sourbrodt, on the Rur and the Signal de Botrange. Two totally different experiences in terms of environment and course from the same cottage. We were back in the weekend of the fair at Ovifat and Formula 1 at Francorchamps so we did have some noise and extra traffic.

The house is poorly maintained, it was all behelpen.Na a few days there was a task team which has a lot of repairs, so the next guest managers will benefit from this and perhaps write a better review. But I do give the person all the dishes he / she is finished and soup spoon to be doing (even in an omelet) because it lacked something as simple as a skimmer. There is missing a lot. The kitchen is not suitable for a group of 31 men. (1 coffee machine, 1 electric kettle, dating from the year zero, and by reason of misuse of previous guest directors (they had boiled milk in what is caked) for our disabled and so on. With our group of friends, we go every year for a long weekend to the active filled Ardennen.Op Saturday we have given the weaker forecast partly inside, partly held outside our animation day with games, quiz, practical tests. On Sunday, everyone left for a quest on topographic map of more than 15 km with start and finish at Le Fagna in beautiful surroundings along rivers and through forests. On Monday morning we have to go-carts descended the slopes of Wanne (Devalkart).

We have had a good week here. The cottage was very clean and there were plenty for the children to enjoy themselves. The kitchen was well equipped and the managers very helpful, definitely recommended. The environment is beautiful.

We were already for the second year in this holiday, and it does so well that we are going to book. For next year Very good stay for a large group.

We have the family had an enjoyable stay in La Fagna

We had a very nice stay. We were 16 adults and 14 children (1 year to 12 years). The kids loved the game room with air hockey and pool very nice. And while the kids were playing, the parents could have a drink at the cozy bar. Only the steps between the TV room and the bar is ot really convenient for the smallest kids.

We had a good weekend, a nice walk.

Great home for family reunion!

The room layout is not quite as stated on the website (if this is important) and the rooms are a bit noisy. Everything else fine.

The downside if you are with kids, and you want a day out, or do something (in the summer) you often many miles away! And, it's perfectly fine if you understand french!

1x every 2 years, my family together. A group of 34 people. The house is suitable for this purpose.

Our group consisted of 19 adults and 3 children. The whole week we have been all very well entertained, both indoors and outdoors with all game options to be walking about. Richard Stein castle within walking distance. Not far by car div other opportunities for sports activities. 1st impression was upon arrival, everything neat clean ....... here we can enjoy ourselves a week. 1 (important) tip for tenants after us: PLEASE NOTE THE FUEL COSTS, is very very expensive. With average use, you hold? 500 - Lost (Week) Hotel is large so keep hard hot hot once he stokes you out of the tent. (Unfortunately there is only an on and off state) We we had good time .......... search next time something like that .........

We have a super weekend in this house top. We were 17 adults and 8 kinderen.Voor everyone had something to do, even top that everyone has their own room and bathroom had.Ik can definitely recommend this house. When the kids were in bed were the parents enjoy a drink in the cafe at home! S-morning, the baker of bread, was delicious breakfast together. Plenty to do in the neighborhood, so I say book but ....

the rooms are very good: spacious, private bathrooms, ample light adjacent garden is good with plenty of outdoor furniture and playground common areas are quite dark and little contact with the adjacent garden costs afterwards are very high! we tried to turn the heater quieter but this was not possible, or at least not clear how this could be adapted

With a group of 33 persons from 6 to 77 years we kept our Family Weekend. It is a very suitable location. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms provided privacy. A nice big kitchen, a table was only in it or been handy. Now we have taken to the dining room 1 from our buffet style meals to serve. Pity was that the heater in the dining room (where we stayed most common) only on or off could. You had your cold or suffocating from the heat, a pleasant adjustable temperaruur had been nicer. We have a great weekend polite.

Great house, too bad it during our Christmas stay as bad weather. With the ski walking distance is much more fun in the snow, but yes, we do not control. The managers Eric and Sylvie are very friendly and helpful. Watch out for the energy bill, which can be very high failure!

Summer 2011 we have with the family a midweek Le Fagna resided. What a wonderful location for a family holiday. There are plenty of rooms available, so you can properly withdraw. Beautiful large garden with children's playground. The house was clean and spacious. The facilities were fine, perfect cooking, fine beds. Only a washing machine, we have missed. A must!

We have 20 people, young and old a very pleasant week here. This house is a very attractive base for many walks. You step as it were from the house into the woods.

Enough stay and sleeping. Sanitary well. Interior minimal but adequate. More serving dishes would be desirable. Kitchen was magnificent. Light in the kitchen could be better. Good house and pleasant setting for family gatherings. Owner responds quickly to questions and solves problems adequately. The only downside is the bedroom above the living room. Very noisy. In the bar / sitting area is a good place. Enough plates and glasses and very good cooling and working in the keuken.Leuke for hiking.

Holiday home "Le Fagna" is definitely recommended, comfort is present. The managers were very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and maintained. We were very pleased as ladies football. there was a football field to train in the vicinity, so that was definitely a plus. Different activities within a short distance of the house. We have a wonderful weekend at the cottage "Le Fagna". The weather was great and we could enjoy the large garden and BBQ. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, there are many activities for the children and the kitchen is really well equipped. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this house during the weekend of 19-21 March 2010. The weather was very bad and luckily the infrastructure of the house much make up. The equipment is fine and so it is still a fluke and we have become the family enjoyed our stay at "Le Fagna." Family Roose-Beckx - Weerde / Belgium
