First of all I would like to say that the owner is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The house had its good sides and bad sides. Even if I had seen the house before, I probably wouldn't have rented it. The kitchen is well equipped and that's nice. The dining room is good, the garden is very nice and the extras of jacuzzi and sauna and the pool table are very cool. However, the living room was very small and, moreover, it was not connected to the rest of the house. So that room was not used. And some bedrooms were not available, while we had thought that based on the booking and the information provided.

Fijn huis, voldoende ruimte, ideaal voor een grote groep met kinderen (geweldige, veilige tuin). Jammer genoeg hadden we de tweede dag geen warm water, maar de eigenaar heeft het probleem relatief snel kunnen oplossen (vrijdagochtend geen warm water/zaterdagvoormiddag gerepareerd). Zeer vriendelijke, toegankelijke eigenaar trouwens! Wij zouden dit huis zeker opnieuw huren.

A friendly French who was directly on the spot for problem with hot water and minor defects. Sober rooms, pleasant garden for kids.

The house is in good condition. The garden is ok for a group size up to 35 people. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of seating in the house (sofas, armchairs...). Unfortunately, the water quickly got cold when we took a shower, but that didn't bother us that much in the summer. It is well suited for a children's/youth camp, but you definitely have to be in the house in the evenings because otherwise you would be too loud. From 10 you can no longer celebrate a party in the house. And the landlord only speaks French. Nevertheless, all in all a house to recommend.

House was poorly maintained and not clean. According to info, we were allowed in the house from 16:00. We were there half past four and had to wait outside until 17:45 with 30 people. Jacuzzi was broken, after a serious complaint from us, it was fortunately repaired halfway. The house is old and partly renovated, but much is unfinished. Also good to keep in mind. Houses are next to other houses, after 22:00 the manager would rather not have you sit in the garden to prevent nuisance, I don't think this is appropriate with a group house. Was not known beforehand. Fortunately, a beautiful environment.

We stayed with a party of 45. Plenty of space and clean house. Little response from owner via mail but everything got sorted by telephone. Bar area is very nice and the backyard is closed off so children can play safely. Surroundings are good for hiking and cycling. I would recommend this accomodation for large groups.

Was even better than last year and that was fantastic! This year there was also a Jacuzzi, an absolute finishing touch!

Well received, the accommodation is fine, a bit dated, but it is being worked on, garden is great and the facilities also (pool table, tennis table, table football), clean and further well equipped. the manager is very friendly. Environment is beautiful. The layout of the rooms is different than on the site and sauna and jacuzzi cost 100 euros (otherwise stated on the site 2 times 100 euros) too bad otherwise we would probably have taken it.

Very pleasant location for our large group. Many fun things for the kids, closed garden so they need little supervision. The owner is very pleasant in conversation, really only speaks French. He helped loading the groceries and responded quickly to mails. The house is basic but the beds are good and everyone has had a great time !!

Accommodation was ok. The grass still had to be driven quickly by the owner. Typical Wallonia certainly ...

Simple house but definitely recommended. Rooms, sanitary facilities and dayroom are already renovated and fine. Further improvements are planned which I find very positive. The kitchen is basic but has what you need. Nice playground outside with terrace to be refreshed.Very friendly owner. We had a problem with the hot water supply, but this has been solved immediately. Due to the room layout, it is no longer possible with the website. A large room is now split into two and there are only double beds and bunk beds.
