Wonderfully quiet in a small village. Beautiful garden and completely detached. Everything you need is there. Very friendly owner. We will be back!

quiet rural area, with cows as neighbors. many hiking opportunities in the area. kitchen a bit dated but everything worked. lots of steps down stairs. from kitchen to room and to sleeping area. upstairs bathroom no curtain or cabin around the bath, through bathroom to bedroom less convenient. but all in all a pleasant home.

Spacious house, equipped with everything in a beautiful setting

Lovely spacious house with good mattresses. On the edge of a small quiet village on a quiet road. From the living room you look at apple trees and walnut trees with squirrels. Many hiking opportunities nearby. The manager was very helpful.

The house is in a beautiful location, in a very quiet area where the cows belong to your neighbors.

Fantastic place for walkers, cyclists and peace seekers. The "cottage" is a beautiful old farm with lots of space and fully equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking. The immense garden offers you sun or shade at any time of the day. The neighbor / farmer next door keeps cows, which gives a lot of flies ... so cover food well, etcetera. but that's the only downside. Furthermore, we have a wonderful time here. The homeowner could not welcome us, but the directions were extremely correct and clear, no problem at all.

Wonderfully spacious and characteristic villa with a large garden in a beautiful setting. It is a large old house of natural stone, but fully equipped (except wifi, but we had good coverage). In the area you can go hiking, kayaking and visit caves.

Very nice big house. Very characteristic. Rooms are spacious. It is noisy with the wooden creaky floors on the top floor, we think it has charm. Contact with the owner was also very pleasant.

A beautiful house, but the hygiene could be much better. The cows in the meadow was beautiful but you have a lot of flies and nowhere no fly screen on the windows. Stay from August 13 to August 20

House is very quietly located on the edge of a small village without amenities (bakery + supermarket further down in another village). Nice view from the living room on spacious garden + environment: pick blueberries from the bush in the morning for use at breakfast ... House is quite spacious but a bit noisy. Facilities all fine. Owner is attentive and quick to answer any questions. It is a pity that no cushions are provided for the garden furniture + BBQ is rather on the small side and does not really invite use.

Spacious house with authentic character. Well located base for walking and cycling. Beautiful environment. You only have to move a little further for water fun. The Ourthe, which is 800m away, is only for paddling and is located at a campsite.

Very friendly owner who received us warmly. All communication went smoothly. A very cozy and nice house to stay in. The children have also had a great time. The floor could have been a little cleaner but it didn't disturb us. Great stay!

Great autumn holiday at El Saboti in Roumont. The location is really top, easily accessible and yet very quiet. Close to huge forests where hiking and mountain biking are blessed. The house itself is very charming, not creaky but cozy. Large living space and cozy bedrooms. Nice large garden and nice terrace with garden table and garden chairs. Everything you need is present. Something more closet space in the bedrooms had a great deal. We also missed some beer glasses and some champagne flutes, but that can be solved. Of course, we can definitely recommend this location. We would certainly like to return!

We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary weekend for my grandparents. From 74 to 9 months we enjoyed each other! All the amenities were available for my son and the spacious bed made it possible to sleep on holiday safely with 3 in 1 bed . A little bit we missed the fact that the garden was not fenced to our dog who is crazy about bikes but that is completely negligible for the nice memories we could make.

Beautiful, spacious house with a beautiful living room with very high ceiling. In addition, a very (but very very) very large garden and a terrace. Four bedrooms with mostly good beds. Many nice places close by for day trips (Dinant, Durbuy, La Roche and Ardennes, etc.). Highly recommended!

Wonderful holiday had in Roumont, li saboti. The house is cozy and characteristic. The area is vast, rustic and lovely. nature lovers, families with children, peace seekers and sports fans find what they need

We have entertained us a great weekend !! And in terms of cuisine was superb all you can think of was there.

It's a fantastic place and home, we have greatly enjoyed the peace and the space has to offer the house. The atmosphere that the house is very nice, we will definitely go there again come back. A must for everyone!

We've had two great weeks in Li Saboti. The house, which is already more than himself, has a large garden with fruit trees, a canopy under which you can barbeque, some sheds and parking. The house has a living room with a high ceiling, a fireplace and lots of windows. That makes it suitable for every season. The kitchen has everything you need except a blender, perhaps, but so what. Showers have a hard jet and although not everything is modern furnished, the house has style and class.The house has two negatives, one of which can be fixed. Since there are cows walking around the house in the whey (which looks great and is a feast for children), there are relatively many flies inside the house. Nothing to do about it, other than a few strips hanging and banging. Second downside are the beds, including the doubles downstairs and upstairs. These make a lot of noise down the bed is not leveled and the mattresses need to be replaced. We recommend that the owner, who has called us warm and hospitable welcome as his case the guardian, to replace the beds and mattresses. A house in this category deserve better. Nice location and attractive house. What rickety bed and not cleaned fresh. Communication with the host is difficult when you have mastered French. Fine had weekend.

It is a nice, spacious and beautiful home. Spacious garden and walk directly into the forest as possible. Lovely week had 4 adults, 4 children (9-13jr) and 1 dog.

We have 7 people enjoyed a truly wonderful Easter weekend in Li Saboti. Fine and welcome reception. Everything is there in the house and it is very quiet. There are many games and books / copies for day trips. You can hike in the immediate vicinity. There is plenty of room in the house and the beds are fine. The original house (there is quite built) is an old farmhouse, with mud walls. That is all intact, with photos "s of the original peasant family. Very authentic and smaakvol.Dat there cobwebs here and there and small spiders suits as" one older house.

Li Saboti is like a holiday should be from the first moment you feel at home. For the high expense of heating costs (€ 30.00 per night) I expected enough wood stove. Now there was nothing.

We have a long weekend in the Ardennes with another family (4 adults, 4 children between 3-7 years). The house is surrounded by a very large garden, with five sheds and lots of space. Inside it is large enough that you can lose your kids. Delicious. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of pots, pans and so on. There is a large BBQ outside with enough coals to cook. Keep the doors of the kitchen closed, otherwise you houseful! The only downside was that the TV did not work. Too bad as the Netherlands played against Mexico in the World Cup! The owner has tried a number of things at a distance, but nothing worked. We thought it was a great stay and will probably return.

We have had a good weekend here, where we could relax. The people were welcoming, though they hardly spoke Dutch, and the accommodation was good.

Pleasant and comfortable holiday. Tastefully decorated. Spacious, very ready living room with garden view and pasture. The cozy terrace in nice weather "morning until" evening sun, adds to the holiday feeling. The village with beautiful old houses is very quiet. Hardly any traffic. From the village, a beautiful forest path leads to the Ourthe. Very nice in the spring. Plenty of blossom and spring flowers, and this year a remarkable number of butterflies. Friendly welcome by the owner. Highly recommended. In my opinion, the house is more suitable for 6 adults and 2 children or 4, because a room is under a sloping roof wall and is rather low for adults.

We stayed in this house with two adults and three children. It is a beautiful house in a nice central location. A typical Ardennes river is a 10 minute walk.
