Holiday Home De Lange Dreve

This was a very spacious, neat cottage. The farmhouse atmosphere was super. We had 3 dogs with us so that enclosed garden was genius. It was actually more like a grassy area but that only turned out to be nice afterwards because then those dogs didn't get so dirty when you left them outside. There was also enough space around the cottage to walk the dogs without being bothered by traffic. It was really very quiet in the area but that's what we were going for. The cottage served perfectly as a base for all kinds of things to do in the area, Bruges and Diksmuide are easy to do. Middelkerke itself also has plenty to do if you take the trouble to Google it. We have an electric car so it was a bit worrying whether we had enough charging points but that turned out not to be a problem. We had 1 more dog than was actually allowed but fortunately the owner was flexible and we were very happy with that. Can recommend the cottage to anyone.

All in all, though, we were happy with our stay at the house (de Lange Dreve on Fleriskotstraat in Middelkerke) and had a nice holiday.

Super nice house!!! Pure tranquillity! The centre of the village and the beach are within easy reach, car or bike recommended. A bread machine is within walking distance. The house is spacious and cosy, lovingly furnished! The bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs are one behind the other, you have to cross all three bedrooms to get to the bathroom. Everything you need is available! The rooms and also bathrooms are very spacious and not as cramped as in many holiday homes. If necessary, the administrators can be reached quickly! We had a great week and will definitely be back!!!

Was a cosy house only it wasn't cleaned properly as there were still crumbs and sand on the sofa and the floor wasn't clean either

Clean, beautiful cottage close to the beach

Very nice and clean cottage. Just a pity that you always need the car to go to the dyke if there are smaller children with you. No further comments.

We had a great holiday in our house, everything was there, beds were made, towels were ready there was even a bottle of Cava cold, just super. We had problems with the TV because we couldn't get a signal, we let them know immediately and 5 minutes later someone was already there to look at it. She didn't quite get it right but a technician came in the morning to fix it.

Very spacious accommodation, everything you need is there, is also very quiet away from the busy road, which you do not hear at all.The garden was also very pleasant for the dogs and ourselves.

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is a bit remote from the village, but you have peace and quiet! On arrival, we didn't find the key straight away and phoned the service number. Very friendly and helpful!!!! In the house itself, it is only a little difficult to reach the bathroom on the first floor. Otherwise very clean.

The house was very far away from the centre, in the description it was 500 metres and it was 2 km and 400 metres, this was a great pity, no shop or bakery within walking distance and with a wheelchair it was very difficult.
