Holiday home in the highest quality and with a perfect location in quiet surroundings only about 500 meters from the best beach at Østerby and a short distance to popular golf course and Østerby's lively harbor with shops, shopping and restaurants. The ideal cottage for the large family with good facilities and the coziest cottage atmosphere. The cottage is tastefully decorated and if you want a little out of the ordinary, then this modern and well-appointed cottage is worth a closer look. The style is modern and functional. There are three good bedrooms and a loft for the children's coziness. Two spacious bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating. The heart of the cottage consists of a large and open living room with good acoustics in connection with the well-equipped kitchen. Here is space for everyone to meet and have fun with cooking, meals, games, a good movie or whatever you come up with. The room has several windows, so the fascinating, North Jutland light flows in, and on hot days you can open up to the terrace. There is a good terrace with lots of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around. Not for rent to youth groups.
