The house was well equipped with kitchen items and it was easy to cook for 10 people, / There was plenty of room for 10 people at the dining table and the chairs were good to sit on, The living room was not that big but cosy, the comfort of sitting on a sofa/ armchair was not optimal as the cushions slid on the floor if you did not sit still, Nice to have a wood-burning stove that provided wonderful warmth throughout the house, There was plenty of opportunity to buy firewood in the immediate area , / The pool area was really nice, although not big, with plenty of fun to swim and play in, the water was okay warm, but could have been a bit warmer for the smallest children who quickly get cold. Moreover, the spa's heating element had broken and this meant that we had to fill the spa with hot water, which unfortunately could not stay warm enough if everyone had to go in, (However, this was noted upon delivery of the key) / The internet is not optimal if you want to stream movies or the like, but there are plenty of channels to watch, In the garden there was a play tower for the little ones and that is definitely a plus, The house is according to our assessment of a cozy house at a reasonable price located in a cozy summer house area not far from the water,

Beautiful location in a holiday home area near the Baltic Sea, short distance to grocery shopping and activities, the house is quite well equipped, some furniture is slightly worn from use and age, but everything is still well used,

The outdoor area and the dining area, the pool itself, the Internet in the house was very poor and unstable, In addition, there was poor mobile coverage in the area around the house,

Unfortunately the cleaning on the day of move-in was inadequate - unsatisfactory! We reached an agreement with Dan Center! / Furthermore the water meter did not have a decimal point, so it was more than confusing whether I had to pay 800 ¬ or 80 ¬ for water when I moved out. Dan Center helped here too! / The duvets and pillows were very old and dirty! / I felt really sorry for the two Weber grills, they were not only dirty but basically unusable! / In 1 hour of work we were at least able to clean one grill a bit so that it could be used! / In the toilet by the pool area the beautifully tiled shower was unusable because the rainforest shower was cracked and the shower head on the hose was completely covered in limescale! / A squeegee in the shower was so moldy that using it was a health hazard! / The outside area was not cleaned at all, which also cost us valuable vacation time! / / All in all: 1 week cost: 7 x 5 ¬ = 35¬ wood, 115 ¬ electricity and 105 ¬ water for 2 people, / So 1600 a week without additional costs is far too expensive in April 16,4,22 - 23,4,22 / / If the house had been really clean and the seating was decent (worn out) and the duvets and pillows were clean and newer, the price might be OK, but as it was, it was too expensive!

I recommend this holiday house to anyone who just wants to get away from the city. It is very quiet and not far from the sea, you can go for walks and enjoy the fresh air. I was there in March with my family. If it were summer, it would be a very nice holiday. It is definitely very nice in summer. Otherwise everything is good for a holiday with children. There is a large lawn next to the house, a swing and slide. In the house there is a large pool and sauna, TV and air conditioning.

It was a nice well maintained house and that was all you needed.
