10 person holiday home in Blåvand
Blåvand, Vestjylland syd, Denmark
Activity house with comforts and facilities in a class of its own. The house is located a few minutes walk from the best beach in Denmark and ca. 100 metres from a large water park and bowling alley. The house suits both one and two families sharing and all bedrooms are spacious and have good beds. One of the two bathrooms has both a sauna and a whirlpool and the centrally located kitchen has all modern appliances. The living room has a flat-screen TV where you can download free movies and listen to music. There are several terraces surrounding the house where you can enjoy the sun and nature. In the area there are also a wide selection of shops and restaurants and Northern Europe's largest golf facility that is a fun experience for the whole family. The area offers furthermore several golf courses and Put and Take lakes. This countryside is inhabited by Denmark’s largest population of red deer, often seen at close range at twilight. Blåvandshuk, the western most point of Denmark, offers a spectacular view from the 39 metres high lighthouse to the world’s largest offshore wind park. This is an excellent starting point for excursions to the many attractions on the west coast of Jutland. Visit the Legoland amusement park or Givskud Zoo, which has a safari route, where you can bring your own car and drive through the savannah zones and the lion enclosure. They are both within an hours drive from the house. No letting to youth groups.

We were 2 families away with older children, Really a nice summer house for all of us, / For us it worked super well, so there was room for things together, but also so you could retreat a little from the community,

The house is ok without outstanding features that create a WOW effect,

The house is well laid out and everyone had their own space,
Well furnished for 10 people, easy to see and easy to clean,
The open living and dining area, everything as new, underfloor heating was great
Good kitchen, but a little lacking in relation to pots, bowls, crockery, etc., Good space and a good indoor climate, / Billiard cues, pool table and darts were in very poor condition, / We lacked outdoor lighting, / Shower heads needed descaling,
There were 10 of us and it suited us fine with 2 bathrooms, good bedrooms and playroom
The location is perfect for exploring Skallingen or Blavand! Tirpiz and the zoo are easy to get to! Bowling and mini golf are also nearby! Despite this, it is in a quiet location! / It was a shame that the house was apparently being sold and was therefore no longer well equipped! For 10 people there were 9 small plates and 5 small spoons! The rest was thrown together, 3 pots and 2 pans, few kitchen utensils, 1 sun lounger, the blinds were 70% wrinkled and the terrace had not been cleaned all spring! It's a real shame, because the other houses in the row were better equipped!
