The house had no defects, the kitchen is well equipped, pool and activity room were nice,
I'm using this field now, as there is no field for criticism/improvements. Everything was fine with the house. Unfortunately, on the first day the power went out in the entire pool area and it was incredibly difficult to even reach anyone. Then we were told again and again that we had no chance except to contact the local service center on Monday (we arrived on a Saturday and left again on Tuesday), but that was not an alternative for us. After countless phone calls and a visit to the service center, an annoyed electrician came on Sunday afternoon, who then also told us that if it happened again, which was not unlikely, he would not come again. It was actually "only" about an RCD that had tripped. But we were not given a key for the room in which the fuse box with the RCD is. for the pool area, / Whether we would get a partial refund was not given to us when we returned the keys, I think that should definitely be included - the pool area was without electricity for almost 24 hours, for a stay of effectively 3.5 days that is pretty bad, / In addition, I think that in such a holiday home complex a technician must be on call 24/7 for such emergencies,
