Great location, right next to the playground, beautiful view of the golf course and the dike,
Although you are in a fairly densely built-up holiday area, you still have your privacy. The house is positioned offset from the neighboring houses, so you only have one direct neighbor. We cannot judge how bad the neighbors are because we did not have a direct neighbor. The furnishings are OK, the double beds are good because they are quite new. Ideal for children because the playground is right outside the door. Despite the proximity, the noise level is not intrusive.
