Very nice apartment, we are very satisfied.
Was a family with two young children. Very nice spacious apartment. The room layout was also perfect, so we as parents could be for “us” in the evenings. Equipment, what the apartment gives, was completely sufficient and satisfactory. There is definitely a big plus for your own playground with a trampoline. If you just want to have everyday life behind you and are looking for peace and quiet, this is perfect.
Good service. Beautiful view with deer almost every day. Very spacious apartment. Even bread service (except on Sundays). Shops 3 km away by car. Top vacation week !!! Nice and quiet. Only drawback that the towels were not changed in a week. Would be better twice a week. And a freezer (little one) would be ideal.
It is a very nice clean house with beautiful views. I was just disappointed that not all wellness was available. I had written to Belvilla about this and I immediately received an answer (on Sunday!). The owner immediately arranged that I could still get a massage. Very nice people. I do think for the sake of clarity that it should be stated which wellness is not available in certain periods.

Beautiful place. With super view. Very quiet. Friendly owners. Nice walking area. Good base for trips to cities such as Passau, Linz (Austria) and Chesky Krumlov in the Czech Republic.
We had a fantastic stay, apartment very spacious and clean with a beautiful view. Wonderful peace and plenty to see in the area.

Quiet surroundings. and a nice spacious apartment. Sufficient possibilities to explore the surrounding area by car.
Terrible by mrs. Grübl who gave us a tour of the facilities. including the pool, the playground and wellness. Then we arrived in our spacious apartment which we are very liked. With stunning views of the area. Unfortunately no wifi since the receipt of the mobile network on the phone does not work very fast. A great base to explore the beautiful surroundings. Waldkirchen is a few kilometers away with good facilities with a nice pool and on weekends a train to Passau on the Danube.
We had a nice vakantie.De service was goed.helaas we were there to kort.Goed starting point for excursions to Passau or Prague or Salzburg.Men must be prepared some mileage rijden.Er are also good wellness activities, we had unfortunately no time voor.Voor children there was much speelmogelijkheid.Zeer satisfied.
