Located in Heinsberg, this premium holiday home is perfect for a lovely getaway. This has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 26 guests. It has a sauna (paid) and private terrace to make your holiday experience a relaxing one.
This home is 500 m from the forest. The restaurants are only 100 m if you wish to dine out with your loved ones. The supermarkets are only 500 m away. The tennis court and horse riding are 10 km away whereas the golf course and water sports are 30 km from the home. Ski lift is a short drive away.
A private terrace or garden can be accessed by the guests to have a sunny barbecue party. High chair is provided to the kids. Central heating and wood stove are in place for your comfortable stay. A recreation room with table football facility is also accessible for you to enjoy to the fullest. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property, communicated in advance.
The check in timings between 4-6 PM and check out between 9-10 AM.

The stay in Heinsberg/Kirchundem was enjoyed by all of the bachelorette party crew. The house is large, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden invites you to linger. Perfect for a large group of 16 or more people.

Environment quiet But with a few minutes drive you have everything you need. The accommodation was totally rustic and comfortable. We were totally excited and it was just great. Unfortunately, it rained but by the place in the house we were able to deal well. The landlord was super super nice and very accommodating. Really uncomplicated and very friendly. Thank you for everything :)
Nice house for a big group
Well organized calls to the owner and within 5 minutes he was there with the key. Small explanation about the house and where everything was to be found.
When we arrived the owner was already clearing the snow. When he saw that we had small children with us but no sled he drove home to get 5 sleds! The accommodation was super cozy, a real old farm. Everything was super clean and clean! And you walk out of the accommodation and into the hills of the Rothaarsteig. We will definitely be back 😀
