Lying in the Bavarian Forest in Ruhmannsfelden, this is a 1-bedroom apartment for a small family or 3 persons. The apartment has a shared swimming pool and an infrared sauna for relaxation after returning from activities or excursions.
The small town of Ruhmannsfelden is surrounded by high peaks. Around 50 km of marked hiking trails exist in the area. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing and snowboarding in the well-maintained slopes of St. Englmar ski area. The town center, restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife pubs are within walking distance. Visits to Weißenstein Castle, Lake Höllensteinsee, Miltach Castle, and Großer Arber are perfect.
The modernly furnished first-floor apartment has a cozy living/dining room, where you can meet and spend a relaxed evening with others. From here, you can move out to the balcony and enjoy the glamourous views of the surrounding region. The huge garden features a barbecue for enjoying evenings and a large sunbathing lawn. Parking is available.
Please note, due to high energy costs, the pool is out of operation during the winter months!!

What a super apartment and what a hospitable people. Highly recommended. Environment is beautiful and offers so many opportunities for trips to the Czech Republic, Austria and Munich. Village is quiet, but has nice restaurants and a fantastic bakery.
We were warmly welcomed by the owner after which we were given a tour of the building. There is a fantastic swimming pool and a relaxation room with infrared sauna at the accommodation.The apartment is very modern and sleek and lacks nothing. The wifi is excellent and even reaches into the large garden which consists of grass and various fruit trees where you can lie comfortably on the available sun beds. Very suitable for walking, cycling, etc. In the vicinity and many nice trips in the region. Day before departure together with the owners, what drunk and talk about cows and calfjes.kortom a very successful holiday with a very nice hostess / gentleman.
The reception was warm and a nice clean apartment with a spacious but sheltered balcony. With plenty of opportunity and a stopover and a good wifi connection. A real recommend also for the area. And of course the swimming pool where you can enjoy delicious weather swimming.
We had a nice holiday at Gästehaus Obermeier. Nice quiet surroundings, clean, cozy apartment. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. It is much to see in the area. We enjoyed. Highly recommended!
We had the "luck" that we only stayed at the gästehaus. All for ourselves. So a really private pool, private garden etc. By changing weather picture, there was a bit of sewer air into the apartment. By properly airing this was so again resolved. Nearby are beautiful hiking trails, so bring your running shoes along.
Again had a wonderful holiday in beautiful guesthouse Obermeier again this year. Super nice house and luxury. The owners are very friendly. Highly recommended.
Nice house in a quiet area. Beautiful apartment with lots of privacy. but also plenty of room for the kids. From playground to pool .. From cabin to slide. Apartment was nicely decorated and everything was very neat. Definitely recommended. Landlady was very friendly. Want a nice holiday, then this is a must.
