Spacious apartments just 1.5 kilometers from the beautiful sandy beaches of the North Sea. Spend time with the whole family on the beach splashing around, looking for shells and building castles. Or listen to a pirate tale on board a cutter on the high seas. And if the weather is bad, simply start the anti-boredom program behind the dunes and visit the wave pool or watch the sharks being fed in the aquarium. Highlights included: Usage-based energy costs, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, WiFi Activities in the area: Sylt is more varied and diverse than almost any other island. Around 50 km of hiking trails and around 200 km of cycle paths invite you to extensive tours in the multifaceted nature. Kilometer-long walks on the beach or along the shifting dunes are just as possible as mudflat hikes. Sylt offers the right thing for every holiday taste: In Westerland, restaurants, bars and cafés invite you to spend pleasant hours. Concerts take place in the music shell on the beach promenade and various museums, galleries and exhibitions are available for culture lovers. In summer, the island attracts many guests with sporting events and numerous different events. Mobility: Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Large, tasteful and well furnished apartment
Unfortunately, there was a construction site in the house, there was scaffolding on the house, construction work!!
A very special thank you to Eddy Niemann!!!! Thanks to him and his excellent care, we felt very, very well taken care of. If anything was needed, he read it straight from the lips, he immediately took care of a solution, we have never experienced this before, so we are always happy to come again and looking forward to the next booking, So Eddy
Sympathetic + helpful young lady in property management I would have preferred breakfast,
Newer kitchenette (unfortunately from the 1970s, tiled mirrors), couch and armchair, all other furniture showed strong signs of wear and seemed unkempt (like from bulky waste), especially the wardrobe, curtains didn't fit
The apartment was very clean and the manager's approach and information was very friendly. Last year we were very satisfied with the small basement apartment in the same complex in Haus Katharina: Nicely furnished, friendly
