Well equipped, quiet location, clean, very large fenced garden - ideal for dog owners - always available landlord who is quickly on site if necessary. Ideal for families and cyclists, parking right in front of the door and a fireplace.
The landlord or host did not consider it necessary to be present himself, the key was stuck and the promise to come by in the evening was not kept --- the couch in the guest room was dirty, as was the outdoor grill. We would have willingly overlooked all of this, but then a front door that closed so badly came to light that you could see the courtyard through the slit for about 5mm. The plaster on the door jamb was not only torn, but partially flaked off and poorly painted over, so it is clear that the problem was present but was not resolved. However, that was still not enough to leave immediately, at night the gas boiler installed in the living room began to make such noises, went out and started again and again, the whole device vibrated on the wall. We switched off the device for security reasons and tried to contact the landlord, in vain. In the morning we found a test receipt from the thermal baths from 2014, a safety-relevant component --- and then acted as if that weren't so bad -- thank you Belvilla AG, we booked 2/3 of our payment back --- and admit it for all interested parties remember, it's your vacation, your free time, but no one has the right to spoil this in any way with a succinct basic attitude and frivolity. Despite our business trip, we had a couple of very relaxing days. The accommodation is very suitable for couples, small families and pets.
A beautiful little holiday home on a great rural property. Perfect for holidays with children and / or dogs.

Small but beautiful holiday home on a large fenced nature plot with a hare, ducks and cats. Children's play area with slide, swing, covered sandbox. The house was very clean and is equipped with great attention to detail. We felt right from the beginning wohl.Zum beach only 5 minutes and absolutely recommended for small children, because very flat. Small animal park in Wismar. Very well maintained complex with a great playground.
Environment is in the countryside, a garden house of landlords, surrounded by chickens ducks and rabbits. Very nice for children.
