Description

Exclusive newly built country house on Fehmarn. The property consists of a main house, a spacious sauna house, garage for bicycles, carport and various terraces. The garden is approx. 2,700 square metres and offers plenty of space. It has an attractive mixture of old trees as well as newly planted trees, perennial beds, flower meadow and typical Fehmarnian bent plants. For the little ones, there is a large sandpit incl. things to dig in in front of the sauna terrace, the spacious terraces incl. fire bowl in front of the living area are equipped with sun loungers, large tables and chairs as well as an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink. In the utility room, guests have access to a washing machine and dryer. For the little ones there is a changing unit, cot, high chairs, baby bath, potty, toilet seat, a fall-out protection for 2 beds and children's dishes. For dogs brought along, there is an extra dog shower, bowls and dog baskets.
