Lakeside sauna, which is available only from June to September. Lakeside sauna has 6 extra beds available for separate fee, so that there is a total of 17 beds from June to September.

On the villa's terrace there is a hot tub which can be rented by a separate payment / agreement. Price in 2023: 150 e/day, 190 e/weekend and 250 e/week.

The villa has mechanical ventilation, DVD and karaoke equipment. Large villa on a bright hillside plot. Flat yard. Dogs are not allowed in the main villa, but are allowed to the lakeside sauna.
