The laundry room has a washing machine which is shared with the other apartments. Bicycles can be washed with a water hose in the laundry room at the street end of the house.
The warm ski room has individual storage space, a drying rack for skiboots, ski benches and waxing irons.
Ski boots can be stored in the ski lubrication room to avoid walking around the apartment with ski boots on.
