Cosy holiday home in the French Ardennes

Just over the Belgian border, in the French Ardennes, you will find this cosy holiday home with a spacious garden. You can get together cosily by the fireplace in the living room or in the basement, with its bar, table tennis table and table football table. The enclosed garden ensures that dogs cannot escape, allowing you to sit back and relax with a drink on the terrace. There are sheep, ducks and chickens at the back of the garden. Cosy!
There are several great attractions to go and visit. The castle of Sedan, The Fort of Villy and the beautiful town of Charleville. This is a small sample of all the beauty. The city is located on the River Meuse. If you like a good beer, this is the place to be. There are several breweries in the region making local beers

La Maison Bolbec is really superbly equipped, with every comfort. What's more, the owners couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. We'd definitely recommend it!
Nice clean house with large rooms and plenty of play opportunities.
We enjoyed this fine house, big enough for 2 families with 3 dogs. Plenty of amenities such as, plates, glasses, pans, oven stuff even a mixer for baking cakes. There were also a few games, we often played Rummikub. The Fort in Sedan is definitely worth a visit.
It was a nice big house and fully equipped. Very nice owner welcomed us. Good beds and very comfortable chairs in the living room.
Large house, nice sofas and enclosed garden for our dog. Well-equipped kitchen and pleasant reception. House is clean and downstairs bathroom modern. Upstairs neat but somewhat dated. The location was a bit disappointing, had expected more Ardennes but we should have researched that a bit more ourselves. Quite some traffic noise in the garden. But otherwise a fine stay. Nice fireplace and sofas in the living area.

A very beautiful and nice house where people and animals are welcome. Upon arrival we were given a tour and were pleasantly surprised by fresh local produce on the kitchen table. How sweet! The perfect host and hostess, for which our compliments! The house is equipped with every comfort and the perfect base for exploring the region including Sedan, Charleville, Orval Abbey, ... We really enjoyed being able to watch the chickens and sheep at the back of the garden during breakfast and throughout the day. We and our dogs enjoyed our stay. Compliments for the host and hostess, very sweet and caring people!
