Villa Le Ranch is a beautiful eight-person villa on the outskirts of the village of Oupia.
The villa also has a generous terrace with a private pool and a warm hot tub.
You have stunning panoramic views over the Minervois valley with the 'Montagne Noire' as a backdrop.
Villa Le Ranch features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, air conditioning, a comfortable kitchen, free WIFI, and an enclosed fenced garden
Le Ranch is in the village of Oupia, where there is a grocery shop with a bread depot near the church square.
Oupia is 2km from Olonzac, where all the shops are located. A supermarket is just outside the village. There is a market in Olonzac on Tuesday mornings.
The lovely sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 30-45 min away and are ideal for children of all ages ((kite-)surfing and sailing lessons, go-karting, etc.).
The impressive Cité in Carcassonne houses Europe's largest medieval city and is a fascinating trip. Of course, there is fantastic nature in the area for the active holidaymaker (excellent mountain biking, cycling, running, hiking, canoeing, etc.)
