The city, the sea, the forest and nature are all nearby. You can buy the daily supplies at the supermarket a stone's throw away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a fridge with freezer, dishwasher and the house has spacious rooms, a garden and parking. You have various board games for entertainment.
