Get cosy in the spacious living room or on the sun loungers by the shared pool. You may fish in the pond; ideal in preparation for an evening barbecue!
The house is a stone's throw from the charming village of Prats du Périgord, at the southern tip of the Dordogne region, where it merges into the Lot and Lot et Garonne. The best of 3 regions at your fingertips! In half an hour you are on the banks of the Dordogne, where you can enjoy hiking or - even better - canoeing. From the water, magnificent castles and rocky villages unfold like a true postcard. Grab your paddles in Cénac and explore the 12 km route. At the finish, buses are ready to take you back to the starting point. Paddling fun guaranteed!

Very spacious house in a quiet neighbourhood, nice garden with plenty of play equipment such as table tennis, volleyball court and jeu-de-boule. Kitchen sufficiently equipped, sanitary facilities a bit dated, nice dining room and cosy sitting room. Also plenty of seating outside, also covered.
Beautiful surroundings. Spacious house. Very nice owners.
Quiet house surrounded by greenery and 30 min from most interesting places. House had all confort. Pool is shared with 4 other houses but large enough. Friendly owners who also live on site and are very helpful.
