The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms on a plot of about 2000 m2 and is fully fenced. It has a beautiful swimming pool heated by solar energy. Around the pool there is space to sunbathe, or relax in the hot tub. On the terrace there is a dining table for 8. There is also a barbecue and a parasol at your disposal. There is also a covered terrace with smart TV
The Villa is located in Oupia, a village in the French department of Hérault. It is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. In this region everything is present to experience a top holiday. From beautiful cities like Montpellier, Beziers, to the most beautiful villages like the medieval town Minerve at no less than 12 km distance

Very friendly welcome, conveniently located near Olonzac. The upstairs looks beautiful, the bedroom and especially the bathroom on the ground floor are very/too simple.
The welcome was very warm, the inventory of the house is very complete and has everything needed for a pleasant holiday.

A very pleasant house with a lovely pool. The owner is adorable! A very hot week (45 degrees) fortunately the house is climate controlled. We were 7 with a baby and we had enough room for all.
Very functional house in a quiet location. Not overlooked. For dogs the house is very well fenced, impossible to get out.
