This contemporary villa in Moriani-Plage features a shared swimming pool for swimming in the warm weather. 4 bedrooms can accommodate 10 people, making it a good choice for families, looking for a relaxing holiday near Moriani beach. Start the morning with a good breakfast on your terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
The long sandy beach is located in the seaside resort of Moriani. Moriani-Plage is located on the Costa Verde, the east coast of Corsica, 25 km south of the airport and 40 km from the port of Bastia. In the resort there are supermarkets, shops, markets and restaurants. The region offers many sports and leisure activities, including golf, tennis, rafting, fishing, skiing, horse riding, swimming, mountain biking, water sports, hiking, spas (Thermal Spa), naturism, cinemas and entertainment. In ten minutes you can also reach the hilltop and picturesque villages of Casinca. Each peak is crowned here with a village! In the heart of the villages you stroll through the narrow streets, you can visit baroque churches and admire the charm of the beautiful stone houses covered with loess. Take advantage of the restaurants with local products and don't forget to bring the Corsican specialty sausage to the local butcher! Visit the towns of Cervione (10 km) and Aleria (30 km), places with a rich history Moriani-Plage benefits from a central location (with the beautiful coastal road very close) to explore this island of beauty.
In the well equipped kitchen, you can prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy them with all. The bedrooms are perfect for providing the peaceful sleep.
For any arrival after 9 p.m. or late departure, a supplement of €45 will be charged, to be paid on site by the customer. The electricity is paid as per the electricity consumption which need to pay on site.

Beautiful villa, fully equipped, close to amenities and within walking distance from the sea. Ideal for a large company with not only common space but also sufficient privacy options. Small children can enjoy themselves and completely free to roam in the spacious walled garden.
We enjoyed !. All that was needed was present, sun, sea and mountains. A beautiful reminder of our 35th wedding anniversary
La Coloniale is located in a small residential area with communal swimming pool and beautifully maintained and parking area at the entrance. The house itself is a beautiful and spacious villa with private pool (cleaned daily) and large garden. The interior has five bedrooms, five toilets, three bathrooms and two kitchens well calculated to 12 people. Also tables, chairs and pool furniture is aligned with that number of people. There are 2 large fridge / freezers, dishwashers and washing machines. For children there are playgrounds and table tennis tables. The location to shops and beach is good (walking distance), although on a busy road must stabbing. The beach The welcome by the landlady was extremely cordial and they did their best to make us. Stay as pleasant as possible The nature in the immediate area is beautiful and there are many walks of varying length and difficulty. (Topographic map IGN 4351OT Cervione is therefore highly recommended). Are there any downsides? Yes, we can mention a few that we otherwise do not have a grave offense. Investment and house are very nice and clean. Unfortunately, there is a main road between the plant and the beach. Shopping is close and good. Both the small, as are also the big kids are very well.
Very spacious house with great outdoor area (pool, swings, table tennis). Ideally suited for two families with children. Short distances for shopping (bakery 2min, 3min food) and the sandy beach (5min). Had a great time there in the fall, unfortunately, a bit unlucky with the weather.
