Only 1 km separates this comfortably furnished apartment house in the quiet district of Alt-Westerlands from the beautiful sandy beaches of the North Sea. Stroll through Westerland's lively pedestrian zone or spend a day at the beach. Watch the numerous water sports enthusiasts conquer the waves or be active yourself with surfing, beach hiking or even building a sandcastle. Are you traveling with your dog? 17 designated dog beaches offer plenty of space to romp in the sand and in the waves. Highlights included: WLAN Activities nearby: Sylt is more varied and diverse than almost any other island. Around 50 km of hiking trails and around 200 km of cycle paths invite you to extensive tours in the multifaceted nature. Kilometer-long walks on the beach or along the shifting dunes are just as possible as mudflat hikes. In Westerland, restaurants, bars and cafés invite you to spend pleasant hours. Concerts take place in the music shell on the beach promenade and various museums, galleries and exhibitions are available for culture lovers. Note: Use of the swimming pool and sauna in the Berlin apartment complex in Westerland is possible. This is located in the house "Andrea"

VERY VERY noisy due to long-term tenants in the basement on several evenings, even when asked to do so around 11 p.m., the TV would NOT be turned down or the windows closed, the other evening there was a loud party in the adjoining apartment, here too, despite repeated requests, 10:15 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 00 o'clock no peace made, IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THIS!

Everything went absolutely smoothly, the studio is very nice and in a great location, everything is available, including a terrace and a beach chair with table and chairs, registration and handing over the keys was easy and Mr Niemann is very friendly, I would recommend the accommodation at any time,
It is a while to walk to the beach, but if you are otherwise looking for peace, a good location, not so suitable for dog owners

The object was not properly clean, there were no dishes, the keys were handed over very well, it was nice too
We would have liked to have had a privacy screen on the balcony, and the bedrooms couldn't be darkened enough, otherwise everything was OK,
In the kitchen you had to put the kettle on the stove because the socket was so inconveniently placed, the armrests of the armchair were very greasy, it was very noisy, (,,,)

One has the impression that the owner of the apartment has put everything that is no longer usable in the apartment! The facility feels 20-30 years old
The furnishing of the apartment corresponded in the area of the kitchen and cupboards (clothing/wall beds) little more than bulky waste level, ie consisted of old cheap furniture, the sink was so small
It was not mentioned in the documents that there is WiFi in the house,
The corners in the bathroom and ceilings in the kitchen should be free of cobwebs, the fittings in the shower (shelf) should be thoroughly cleaned, the furnishings were fine
The interior was OK, the patio door could not be tilted, patio and entrance were very scruffy

My family and I were very satisfied. We were on the beach in 5 minutes by bike. The manager of this apartment house, Ursula Mr. Niemann, gave us lots of good tips regarding sights and good restaurants. We can only report good things and make positive recommendations.
