Luxury Villa in Agia Triada with Swimming Pool

Detached holiday home with private swimming pool, located at the North-West coast of the island of Crete. The home is situated outside the village of Agia Triada and the location offers beautiful panoramic views over the surroundings. This charming holiday home with stone walls and archways is a good solution for a family with kids or different couples since it offers three bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a Coco-Mat mattress. Outside you can enjoy the climate by making use of your of your private swimming pool and barbecue area. At the terrace you can enjoy long summer evenings.
The nearest beach can be found at 5km, only 8 minutes by car. The house is situated at ca. 12km from the lively town of Rethymon. The town has a long boulevard with modern cafes and bars. You can enjoy the most delicious fish and seafood at the beautiful old harbour. Rethymnon has supervised beaches with a coast line of more than 20 km stretching east and west. This holiday home is also a good starting point to discover the beautiful island of Crete.

In this beautiful house with views over the valley and sea and nice pool we especially enjoyed the quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge and freezer. We have the most delicious meals prepared and eaten on the veranda with views. For groceries or eat out you have to take the car, but you can also hire a cook at the landlord. The house is modern, it is clean, twice a week someone comes to swimming pool maintenance and cleaning. Wifi worked fine, the TV we did not use.
Only a week away but still really enjoyed it. Great weather, Greek hospitality and wonderful accommodations. A private pool, then such weather. What more could you want?
Beautiful view of the sea and mountains, well-kept and spacious villa, lovely pool, nice terrace, good privacy. Approx 20 minutes from Rethimno, first a bit tricky to find (good map or navigation / GPS is recommended).

We sat with z "n celebrate (2 couples) in Villa Ikaros. 2 bathrooms, two toilets, swimming pool and a lovely terrace. We were lucky that we are in the autumn, 2 / 3 week of October 2013, the week than were 27 degrees gift. Trips to Spinalonga, a gorge walk (Ibaros), Chania and Rethymno in any case, eat 'worth. & quotUit is affordable, Mythos an acceptable beer and local wine is best to drink. For us celebrate the final review thick nine worth!

Ikaros Villas in Adele near Arkadi is really a must. We both enjoyed the fantastic villa itself primarily with the swimming pool, fireplace, outdoor barbecue and several terraces. But we also enjoyed the beautiful weather in late September and the good food in the nearby restaurants. Moreover, Villa Ikaros fairly centrally located and offers a good starting point for various excursions to historical and cultural attractions. And to get around by walking or in the mountainous landscape and strolling along the beautiful bays with picturesque fishing villages and residence on the (at this time quiet) beaches. Really delicious it was.
Ikaros villa is a lovely house in the hills of the hinterland of Rethymnon. Because it is so high, you have a beautiful view over the sea and the surrounding area. Home and garden / terrace with swimming pool are very well maintained by the owner. There is a lot of wind around the house because of the location. It is a great base for visits to the island of Crete. When the house is quiet, but in only 10 minutes you're already in a cozy street with plenty of shops and restaurants. A car is essential. The way up is for experienced drivers. It is very steep and you have a car with a powerful engine needed to get upwards. We have spent a wonderful holiday, highly recommended!
