In the village of Agia Triada, the nearest beach is at a distance of 5 km. The town has a beautiful harbour with seafood, there are restaurants and bars by the boulevard. The coastline in the region is 20 km long.
A modern villa with stone walls and archways, it has a private swimming pool and barbecue. One can spend the evenings on the terrace, taking in the panoramic views of the island.
Public transport is 400 m away while general supplies and restaurants are 800 m away. The town center is 10 km away and the nightlife is 7 km away. The nearest airport is the Heraklion Airport which is at a distance of 75 km.

More than great. Received by an employee, explanation about trips to Crete. The villa was spotlessly clean and a bowl of fruit on arrival. The description says a change of bed linen and cleaning once a week, but cleaning and beds are changed every few days so that's great. The villa is beautifully situated. If you love the view far over the sea, this is the place for you. The terrace is protected from the strong sun by a densely overgrown pergola. For those who love the sun, the roof can also be used as a sun terrace. Sun beds are on site. Of course, towels and bed linen are also available. These are also changed regularly. A service employee even took care of the pool. The entire property is very clean and well maintained. When it comes to the equipment, everything has really been thought of. We especially enjoyed squeezing fresh orange juice every morning. Oranges are very inexpensive at every weekly market, and each room has its own air conditioning system. The operation is uncomplicated via remote controls. Since we were here in October there were also some cooler days when we could use the air conditioning for heating. We didn't use the existing TV. There is a satellite system with several foreign language programs. The wifi helps with tour planning and was fast enough for streaming. Small transportable umbrellas were available for visiting lonely beaches. Those who rent the villa need a car that can be parked directly in front of the house. We are very comfortable here felt and will rent the house again for next year.
The arrival was nice ,, everything was clean, nicely arranged, fruit in the fridge as a welcome gift. View is fantastic, the area is very quiet which we found very pleasant.
Only 5 min drive to the beach ... Rethymno little further but a beautiful and spacious house with a lovely pool and great views.
