+ : big house / shower, toilet and air conditioning in every room . - : kitchen upstairs / bad beds (camping beds!) / simple or no good needed appliances / No man land location . General : price / quality ratio is not right.

Beautiful house, garden and pool, great location. Very generous equipment with everything. Very clean and impeccable management on the ground! Thanks for staying up as we were very late on arrival.

Lovely Villa with a very nice pool. The hilltop site means it is rather windy but also gives wonderful views. Well equipped kitchen, apart from only 4 cereal bowls. We chose this Villa for its location, away from the crowds but within striking distance of the sea and a variety of taverna’s.

nice quiet house with good inventory and wonderful refreshing pool. Unfortunately, there was a leaky scooter in a closed room in the house so there was a lot of smell in the house. The caretakers of the house came 2 times to remedy this, but the petrol air stayed for days. We also found it very unsafe !!

Price quality for the house are not in balance. Bad beds (only 2 for a 6 person house) Dirty kitchen cupboards.

The arrival was fine. The house allows for a firm recovery. The rent for what you get is far too high. The house is remote, no parasol as indicated. No swing to operate the windshields (really necessary, very windy on the terrace).

Spacious house, equipped with every comfort. Excellent sea view, nice swimming pool. Although easily accessible on a bumpy dirt road from the main road. At most, 15 minutes by car from the sea and several fine beaches. Many nice restaurants in Finikounda (15 min.), Menthoni (15 min.) And Pylos (25 min.). Adjacent villa is relatively close, but still enough privacy.

We lived as a family (2 adults and 4 children aged 8-12 years) in the period from 30.08.2014 to 13.09.2014 in the villa. \\ R \\ nIt was a fantastic time and we have the peace, the beautiful weather and enjoyed the pool. The house has فج r all the necessary comforts and facilities of the K ࿌ he is very extensive. The area and the places (Finikounda, Pylos, ...) are very nice and you can discover a lot. The beaches are very generous and easily and quickly reached. We love to go back. \\ R \\ nA few points could be improved. Superb villa with complete equipment. Conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows / doors to a very well equipped kitchen everything is in order. The location halfway up the hill offers a beautiful view of the area and is a good base for day trips in the area, a car is necessary. The pool is lovely and ride down the hill then you stand directly on the strand.Wij family with 2 kids (11 & 13) have had a fantastic holiday here.

We have two weeks enjoyed this wonderful stay at Evangelismos Methoni. The house is beautifully elevated with outstanding views of the sea. The first week with our son, daughter and three grandchildren respectively. 7 years, 2.5 years and 7 months. Nice pool which we used every day. Be vigilant for the safety of the toddler of 2! Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The tastiest lamb of the whole holiday came from our oven! Good beds, three bathrooms, so plenty of privacy. Easy stone floor, which is good to keep clean is against the critters. The presence of tight-fitting screens occurred nuisance of wasps and other pests. The beaches are easily accessible. Do the shopping in Finikounda, both butcher and fishmonger as an acceptable supermarket around the church. The washing machine was a result of the small children of course. The second week, grandparents used to come from the fatigues of the first week a little bit. Good restaurants include Gialova north of Pylos area. Heard from the neighbors that find the best restaurant in the Peloponnese Methoni. In short, both for a family with small children and an older couple a nice holiday.

The house is very nice. The pool is totally class it was all clean. The pool chairs were broken.

Villa very well situated for the beaches a bit far for sites, very quiet, very nice amenities, and indoor pool.
