The new apartment complex is located at the beginning of the quiet village of Prines, just 5 km from Rethymno town. The beautiful fenced garden of 4000 m2 with barbecue, parking place, many olive trees, colorful and fragrant flowers and lush lawn will make you feel comfortable and safe.

The village has two small mini markets and taverns. More shops, supermarkets, restaurants, butchers, bakeries and an internet cafe in the larger neighboring village of Atsipopoulo (1 km). The sea is 2 km away, but the nearest organized beach on the coast is in the lively town of Rethymno. Nearby beaches are in Petres, Episkopi, Georgioupoli.

The three well-equipped apartments have a bedroom and a comfortable living-dining room, space for 4 people. The "Oil Apartment" interior is modern with the theme "Oil", one of the traditional products and suitable for 4 people. The living room has two sofa beds, kitchen is fully equipped and bedroom is spacious. On the veranda surrounded by olive trees, guests can enjoy their breakfast in the garden.
