A quaint cottage with period features - stone flooring, grandmothers bed in the corner of the lounge, and a fireplace in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, nice bed linen. The shower is fairly weak, but nice and hot. Nice big bath towels. We felt that the cottage needs sensitively updating - the bathroom suite, and the artex over the bath and shower which cannot be properly cleaned. But it is cosy with good central heating. Also, better kitchen equipment needed. M. was great!
A beautiful little cottage, warm and inviting, in a quiet location. Off the grid, but lovely and peaceful. Nice helpful host.
A beautiful, authentic cottage. Very comfortable. There is no TV, which didn't bother us too much, but might be useful during a wet week!
Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet cosy cottage that was a perfect base for us to explore the beauty of mayo. M. our host was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return.
Stereotypical Irish cottage. We would definitely stay there again. Especially if there was a proper shower tap and not the rubber hose that fits over the bath taps
