We made a telephone booking, There was a mistake in writing down the email address, but this was quickly resolved after a call, The invoice contains a link that you can click to make the deposit, Very handy, However, the couple we are going with overlooked this and transferred the money to the bank account number that was at the bottom of the invoice, Also now after a call quickly and well resolved,
Nice reception with a piece of cake and a drink.Mooie environment and nice restaurants in the buurt.Het house was very clean and nice.
Friendly owner. Highly recommended for vacationers who love nature, culture and tranquility.
fantastic accommodation for those seeking peace and nature zoekt.Zeer helpful and friendly owners. Always took care of everything without being distracting. Very well furnished house and everything you have found the papavero's. From the terrace we had a splendid view over the valley and the village of Apecchio. The pool is beautifully located and become very well maintained .Le Marche is a beautiful region, with crude nature everywhere spicy Italian villages. The sights (Frasassi Caves, Urbania, Urbin, Cagli, Fano, Pesaro, Loreto, Sirolo, Ancona, Gradara, San Marino, San Leo) are all worth visiting. The only downside are the poorly maintained roads .In Apecchio, and visit the local bar is highly recommended, as well as the store with the big ham for (local specialty ham, cheese and wine) .The pizza night offered by the owners in the presence of the whole family was also a hit, very cozy and very lekker. In one of the previous reviews there were comments made regarding the disturbing presence of the owners, the fact that the cars were in the parking lot and could not on the domain, and that the pool was far too cold .We want this completely rule out the presence of the e
The building erected in 2006, has 4 apartments. Each apartment is immaculate and very well maintained. Plus very large fridge freezer. Windows fitted with retractable fly screens and shutters. Prima accommodation. Only the mattresses were better (too soft for us). Large swimming pool (6x12m) with plenty of sun beds for the limited number of guests that can logeren.De owner, Maurizio, cleans the pool every morning, takes care of the garden, and regularly resides itself on the estate in a separate bungalow. He is very hospitable and will do everything to z 's guests a good service to provide suitable walking maps out treats all guests weekly home-made pizza in the area. The pizza' s are baked in a wood oven. I myself have great tasty gluten-free pizza eaten separately in another furnace was prepared by his sister who also celiac heeft.Uitstapsuggesties caves Frasassi (grand and very beautiful), San Marino (mini-state), San Leo (village perched on rock) Cagli (unique theater), Urbino (Unesco World Heritage) and Urbania (Chiesa dei Morti with 18 naturally mummified corpses) castle of Gradara. It was a great holiday, the accommodation was perfect. The hospitality of Maurizio and his family was heartwarming, nothing was too much. The pizza party was lovely and cozy with the guests and the family of Maurizio. The surroundings are beautiful and from Apecchio made many trips including Urbino, Gubbio, Sirolo, Grandera, SAN SAN Marino and Leo are definitely worth it. We established back again!
The Marches was indeed one of Italy 's best kept secrets are. Very quiet, beautiful scenery, friendly people and contrary to what we thought also not so expensive. Especially nature lovers, peace seekers, couples have some options. Also towns like Urbino, Fano, Pesaro are worth visiting. Owner Maurizio is an avid cyclist and love to take you to explore the beautiful surroundings. bike You have quite some kilometers in the legs before you ride it because it comes down hard on !
A very friendly and welcoming host, great house, great pool, beautiful scenery, beautiful cities, beautiful beach, good food / drink .... either a great holiday! Highly recommended for travelers who are looking for a nice mix of culture, nature, peace, and all activities in a house where everything is very well looked after and where both young and old have lots of fun! In one word top!
Super friendly people fussing over their hosts. Many climbing sites close to the residence. Interesting for cycling. Very nice pool neat. Landscaping maintained by the owner with passion ..... A little far from the sea
We have a fantastic vacation in this typical Italian agriturismo! Everything was very clean and the rooms are very spacious. Beautiful pool and perfectly maintained. On Thursday there was a shared pizza party with the owner and his family. Tasty and lots of yummy so ... In the area there is plenty to see and do, beautiful towns and authentic dorpjes.Voor us this was a TOPPER
Hospitality is the word that comes to mind when we are right this accomodatie.Door the welcome and lovingly furnished house will make you feel right at your gemak.Ook is outside the accommodation in good order, with a fantastic pool with toilet and refrigerator at the hand.Verder the view from the house and beautiful surroundings make this a great destination spot for us.
The location of the accommodation is excellent. High on a hill with breathtaking views of the valley and dorp.Dit however the only pluspunt.Een very disturbing element is the permanent presence, interference and control by the owner and his familie.Ook though a nice pizza party organized for guests, yet feels the almost permanent presence of the owner and a whole host of family members who run daily to and fro, like a heavy control over everything that happens during the stay or done wordt.De cottages are very clean and nice but the decor is very old fashioned and cheap. Plastic cutlery. A confused assortment of household goods. Very kitschy decoration. Downright bad linen and towels. Insufficient towels from a substandard quality (during the week, not once replaced) .The bathroom is also substandard. The water-saving technical tools that the owners have applied to the shower faucet can hardly a normal wash place. The water "drips" from the tap. The drainage system also smells very "stale" .The visually stunning outdoor pool is unheated. The average temperature during our stay was 18 (EIGHTEEN) degrees. Hardly
good for a relaxing week in Nature
A spacious house / apartment, with taste and attention to detail. Hospitable landlord. Beautiful area for walking (not for beginners) and cycling (climbing so). Also sufficient cultural cities on daytrip distance. Messages but only 2 km from haarspeldweg.
The well-kept house (apartment Il Papavero) with all the furniture in the style of the name (poppy) is beautifully located on a hill overlooking the village Apecchio and surrounding hills. A delicious (fresh) pool and plenty of privacy in and around the house. The friendly and helpful owner gives tips on sights and activities in the area and showed us the ropes while mountain biking in which he actively participated. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday with all comforts and centrally located for trips to places in the vicinity (Urbino, Cagli, Urbino, Fano, Cartoceto, Senigallia, Gubbio, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi etc.)
Very nice cottage. Both the location and the house in and around. The people themselves are Very friendly and helpful. The view of the village makes it complete. The pool is cleaned every day and it is pleasant to stay. We are together with our 2 kids before. (14 and 9 years). They also found it delicious. Another advantage is that only 4 house are located. Wonderfully quiet and contact with people going very soepel.Deze holiday deserves from us a big 10. A must for everyone. Nathalie and Dirk.augustus 2008.
A mere two weeks in Il Papavero spent. It is a very cozy, spacious, cool and cozy apartment in a house with a total of four apartments. Beautiful surroundings, great views from the hill. Quiet spot. Lovely comfortable zwembad.De owners (father and son) are great nice and welcoming. The son speaks reasonable English, organizes bike tours on request and is also responsible for many outings if you ask him about it. Much care was taken to make everyone happy. All feels very homey to. There are some animals that the children entertained (goats, a cute dog) Apecchio The town is small, but the groceries are on sale. For visiting eg Asissi and Perugia must be what drove worden.wij have had a great holiday and really acquainted with Italy, the Italians and their culture.
