Nice, hospitable house where everything is available for a typical Italian holiday.

Beautiful cottage, but we could not find it immediately. A designation such as: "last house within the built-up area of the village" would be clearer. The location and the surroundings were fantastic.

Very kindly received by the owner and his granddaughter. Very large and beautiful enclosed garden. Unfortunately, there seemed to be some holes in the fence, so our dog had escaped and we had to keep him on holiday. The house itself is very quiet, just outside the village. Ideally located to visit many cities of beautiful Tuscany (Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Volterra, ...). As mentioned earlier, it was indeed built on the plot next to us, but we did not have a lot of trouble here.

On the plot next to our something was built and that happened from 06.30 till late in the evening and night. A few times even until 1 o'clock in the night. Stayed a week at Casa Gioia. The garden is completely fenced, so that's nice and quiet. The owners speak only Italian, but was not a problem and are extremely friendly. In October, they came every day pick walnuts in the orchard, but through a separate entrance, so no problem because of the privacy. The beds were just put up on arrival. For many peace and privacy this is a great house. The only downside (at least we thought) is seating both indoors and outdoors is not very comfortable and that's a shame, if you want nice long read books ... But otherwise, great!

A perfect home for a holiday in Tuscany. The house is after some searching truly equipped with all necessities. The location of the village is centrally Frassini and thus to also to lesser known places. Two lovely weeks we and our two old German shepherds enjoyed this beautiful house with a big terrace and a magnificent view. From the cottage (last house of the village) you walk directly through a beautiful area, where our dogs could walk just loose. An absolute must for anyone who wants a holiday with "dogs allowed"! A large area, the orchard is one of them ... and everything you want omheind.En once a town without visiting the dogs ... they just can safely outside on the grounds of the house remain, everything is good afgesloten.We are 100% satisfied ... got what we wanted and were looking for!

A beautifully situated house with both shady and sunny terraces with a beautiful view. The village Frassini is very rural and quiet and has no facilities. At about 10 minutes is plenty to find the beach of Follonica is recommended. With a very friendly welcome from the owners proud.
