Very friendly and warmly welcomed by our hostess on arrival. Our apartment was a welcome package with the first needs such as coffee, tea, a bottle of wine, cookies, etc. Wonderful reception. The accommodation was perfectly fine and clean and everything was there as described.

We came here for the second time and again it was a fantastic stay. The owner makes every effort to ensure that everyone is at their best. Superb location with all necessary amenities. It was very hot but thanks to the very good working air conditioning we could sleep well.

Reception on the arrival day was warm, despite the crowds that the wedding of the son of the owners brought with him. Some food and drink had already been laid out. The apartment fully met the expectations of the description. However, there is limited privacy due to the close proximity of the 2 other apartments (which were not occupied during this stay). The large swimming pool on the grounds of this agriturismo is a pleasant plus. The location on the road between the hamlet of Ossaia and the city of Cortona is very practical, but it does have the disadvantage of any traffic noise.

Lovely apartment with private roof terrace with nice places within driving distance (Florence, Arezzo, Assisi, Cortona, Moltepulciano). Even Rome can be driven (about 2 hours).

Arrival was very friendly, all dressed to perfection, welcome basket, everything you own notebooks incl. Pen to hand blender in the kitchen stand. Proximity Cortona very pleasant and advisable. Concern for the nearby road, it can, especially at festival in Cortona (often on weekends), very busy.

We had a wonderful holiday here. Because we have for school were it was nice and quiet at the pool. There have been days when we had it all to ourselves. towels laying is not necessary. Furthermore, the cottage is very neat and is the heart of Tuscany with all major cities like Florence and Rome Driving on 1 to 1.5 hours. The center of Cortona is a 5 min drive. The hostess is very nice. Only downside is that there is only one weekly one clean towel per person is spent. washing is possible but cost 5 euros per wash. But this is easy to solve by itself bring an extra towel.

Although the weather was not quite with it, we had a wonderful holiday. The house was equipped with every comfort with a lovely rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful Cortona. Relax around the pool was not a punishment. The monastery of Francis of Assissi is highly recommended. Beautiful surroundings with lots to see. We will definitely come back sometime.

Nothing but good to mention about this holiday. Very good and friendly reception. The stay and the pool are top notch. All facilities are available. The location a few kilometers from Cortona is also included. Highly recommended, we will definitely go back.

Very good home. Attractive, well-kept, complete and very clean. It has a lovely terrace and is in a beautiful area where many unusual and interesting places nearby are! Highly recommended!
