Calm and composed, this 2-bedroom farmhouse is in a rural area in Casole d'Elsa. From the private garden and terrace, you have a fantastic view of the Tuscan hills in every season. It is ideal for a small family or group of 3 persons.
The farmhouse is a perfect base for exploring Tuscany, the sea, and the Maremma. Cities such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni and Massa Marittima are easy to reach via good roads. The renowned Chianti wine region is just 25 km away. Restaurants to enjoy a scrumptious meal are at 5 km, while supermarkets for groceries are 12 km. For a stroll, the town center is 15 km. You can also swim in the naturally warm water of the Petriolo hot springs.
The farmhouse has central heating. After returning from excursions, you can relax and lounge in the garden with garden furniture. Children will love the children's bed and playpen. Table football and table tennis equipment are present for recreation.

We really had a great time. The host and hostess were very helpful and friendly. That was super nice. But also about the surroundings there was nothing to complain about. Lovely private pool exactly big enough to cool off and was very well maintained by the owners. The house is nicely equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom. We really enjoyed it and went back home completely well rested.
House Colloritto is beautifully situated on a small hill from which you have a wonderful view of the Elsa Valley. The old building has been lovingly renovated and offers everything you need for a vacation. The location is suitable for day trips to many beautiful destinations in the region: Siena, Volterra, Arezzo, Florence, Montepulciano but also to the sea and of course to the surrounding area, to San Gimignano and Casole d'Elsa. The landlords also live in the building and are very nice and helpful! We had a great time.
Because we came from a different side than the route description provided it was difficult to find the location Colloritote. Because tomtom knows nothing about it. The dirt road is also a bit exciting. But if once arrived then there is a great authentic house with beautiful views very quiet too. Have me very happy feeling. Beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. House was very clean and the welcome warmly. Have received a lot of tips about owner's trips. If you want, there are many things to do in Sienna and Florence to swim in natural hot water sources.
The cottage is nice on a small hill, where once living Etruscans. You have a nice view around, the morning you can see the sun rise and served in the first sunshine outside. The disadvantage is that you sit in the shade after noon. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. The welcome is like a bottle of water and a bottle of wine with friends of theirs! The wifi is excellent - so you 'm everywhere wants Pleasant is that the check only needs to 12:00 pm The road up has some bumps, not speeding!.!
The charming cottage is beautifully situated and is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. beautiful medieval towns in the vicinity. Around the house flippers scavenge some pets rond.Het cottage is located on a private hillside and offers lots of privacy by the private garden at the apartment hoort.De friendly owners can recommend, speak good english.
