House beautiful, decor bit rickety. Environment very nice, super pool

The place is well kept and has all the amenities to enjoy a stay in your own apartment. The only drawback is that you need a car to get a good cup of cappuccino in the morning. The place is relaxing and well suited for both couples and families and would definitely recommend to others to enjoy the view and hospitality of the place. The owners gave pizza night and that was something special to celebrate an evening with the Italian family. I could see my self returning there.

We were most welcome and the location is perfect if you like to visit cities in Tuscany. However, the apartment was anything but atmospheric and the furniture was a horror - tiny iron chairs. Kitchen is crazy for stuff but everything works. House was fairly clean, bathrooms were fine. Surroundings were beautiful in view and you had choice between toll road and old road through hills. Three good and cheap restaurants within walking distance. Very helpful lady present daily at reception for reservations restaurants or for example Uffizi tickets. Weekly pizza party is great, very well organized and very cozy. Swimming pool is also very nice with plenty of sun loungers. Bakery comes with bread next to the supermarket six days a week and supermarket is reasonably close and well-stocked.

Was a nice accommodation, tidy and clean. Quite decorative. (No seating area) .Wel 2 bathrooms were luxurious! Annemaria (our hostess) has received us warmly and was very helpful. Walking and cycling around did not match the park description. Could not rent a bike but surroundings were not suitable for that. Just by car and there we could walk in the woods with our dog. In the village there was not so much to experience but 2 good restaurants. Lovely pool and florence and sienna visited, beautiful cities. Also had 1x a pizza party in the park cared for by the owner, very nice and delicious! Also bahia beach was a beautiful lake nearby. It was a pity that our garden was not completely fenced due to our dog, furthermore beautiful complex!

About a week before your holiday, you will receive an email with the question when you're arriving. Always nice to make sure they know you are coming. Even though we arrived 2 hours late because of extra traffic, we received very friendly warden. We were offered coffee and immediately got a lot of explanations about the facility and the many trips that were possible. The cottage itself was very quiet and had everything we needed. The first night we had a problem with the toilet that kept flushing, but a simple text message was later to the owners and a half hours already someone there to watch, even though it was already 10 am "in the evening. The pizza party that they organize is also super nice, and very good to learn some delicacies kennen.Ik really can not immediately find negatives, it was a holiday to remember. Highly recommended.

Stayed 10 days for work. Excellent house with all amenities. All neatly done and manager \/ owner very welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful, peaceful natural environment around cultural delights such as Florence, Siena and Lucca. Fine, spacious apartment and incredibly nice and hospitable owner and manager. They are about ten independent apartments, which are inhabited by Dutch mn. On Thursday night at the excellent pool free homemade pizza 's food with villagers and other residents. The real Italian life. There is wifi, but insufficient for the digital charts. A very good restaurant within walking distance. Enjoy!

Magnificent apartments peacefully located and a good atmosphere. Every morning at 10.00 am awakened by the bakery and a weekly pizza party hosted by the owner. Great holiday had two teenagers of 15 jaar.Op walk two good restaurants and a Osteria for a great brunch.Afstanden to Bologna and Florence are doing well. The nearer it is great to spend a day. Also especially your road bike along!

Incredibly charming setting with real Italian hospitality and cordiality. It was indeed a very strategic location between Florence and Bologna. And for lovers: close to the Mugello race circuit where we have seen a spectacular motor racing!

A fantastic holiday home in a small park. Beautiful setting, lovely pool, all perfectly maintained and clean. Very helpful owner. Once a week pizza night, free with delicious wine for all guests, in short, a must.
