There is a private terrace ideal for enjoying the surrounding views. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob. For entertainment, there is a table tennis table. Enjoy the warm fireplace and relax in the living room. The living room has a double sofa bed and satellite TV to spend lazy evenings. Bicycles can be requested from the host. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed.
Check-in timings are 4 – 7 PM and check-out timings are 8 – 10 AM.

A beautiful, quiet and authentic environment. Housing is very typical with basic furnishings, not luxury. Friendly welcome. Swimming pool is well kept and large.
Search for the house and the owner. Accommodation suggests that the picture is more spacious. Half of the property on the ground floor is office. A beautiful environment really makes everything right.
Wonderful holiday had in a simple apartment with 1 bedroom (with shower and toilet) on the ground floor, is separate from the rest of the apartment on the first floor. ideal for two couples, less so for families with (small) kinderen.appartement is part of a beautiful winery where wines are made, for example, the local white grape Grecetto serves the owner by appointment nice dinners, not cheap, but delicious and all local, Umbria is a lot less touristy than eg. Tuscany, and therefore perfectly suited for peace-seekers and sports enthusiasts, friendly mountains with large agricultural, forest and of course vineyards invite you to go walking or biking and trail running, mountain biking.

Great location, very nice owner who speaks good English. Also ate highly recommended. In-house restaurant location, Own wine and grappa wine yards of San Rocco. For older children, there is less to do in the immediate area.
We were very surprised to see our holidayhome. It was wunderfull! A holiday house in a winery castle.
Beautiful surroundings. Well located. Nice host. Possibility of dinner and breakfast. From dinner we used and this was really fine. The own wine, grappa and olive oil Maseria are recommended. great pool of reasonable size with a great view of the area. r nWhat is a pity that the 6 person house actually consists of two separate parts concerned. Ideal for two couples traveling but less suitable for a family with young children. Otherwise good beds in lovely bedrooms. sleeping 5 and 6 is a sofa bed in the living room. The plumbing is nothing wrong with that. R nThe kitchen is complete. Wifi is missing, but using the owner noodverbandje constructed. Would this time really should be standard.
We had a lovely holiday, despite bad weather and some discomfort in the cottage.
