Very friendly welcome, with the little extra of a basket of fruit and hot drinks and juice for breakfast, which is really very appreciable, The apartment is located close to small grocery stores, which is convenient and only a 10-minute walk from the old town of Dubrovnik, The assigned parking space is also a plus, We highly recommend!

Great accommodation near the Old Town with private parking. The accommodation was well equipped (even a modern washing machine). We also had a lot of space and a well-equipped kitchen. The private parking space directly at the accommodation was perfect. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. The owner was incredibly friendly and lives nearby if there are any problems (we had a problem with the stove and an hour after we informed the owner the oven worked again).

Great host in DubrovnikHelena was a warm and nice host who made us our trip a bit easier in Dubrovnik, When we arrive she served us some juice and left us some fruits, Also, she allowed us to leave the baggage with her on our last day while we continue our visits in the old town,\nAll of that always with a smile!!

I recommend it to everyone, good price, nice owner and parking included! Mega clean, parking space included in the price. The apartment has: air conditioning, coffee, tea, pasta, washing machine with detergents to use. The old town is about 15 minutes away on foot.
