A fantastic house to stay! Highly recommended. The top bunk bed has no safety gate/fall protection. There was a camping bed available.

Lovely spacious house in a quiet location. Very suitable for 8 people. Good to know that 3 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed.

The house is very nice, cleanliness is fine, small things like loose handles on frying pans should be easy to fix. What's annoying is that there are light switches that don't work because the lamps appear to have been removed. The instruction manuals aren't really helpful. We were unable to get the radiators upstairs to work. The internet connection is no longer up to date. It is slow and there are frequent short outages. The remote control for the heater was repaired with adhesive tape. The location is very nice for a quiet vacation.

Beautiful house, spacious, nothing to add

Perfect location on the dike, where you can walk among the sheep. Also all the tranquility that the countryside has to offer. Cottage looked clean, modern and fresh. The cottage is spacious, which is very nice when you stay with a group. At 25 minutes by car from Leeuwarden. So a nice starting point if you want to visit the city.

Beautiful house close to the sea. Real quite and able to enjoy the country side. Nice garden with bbq we used almost every day. Tip; butcher Emile Terpstra has real good meat.

Our stay was more that good. We really enjoyed the surroundings and the beautiful house with a group of 7 people and a dog. On arrival everything already felt warm and cozy due to the contact with the friendly hostess. The stove was even on and everything was very neat. We certainly recommend this stay to others and would certainly like to come back again.

We had a very nice week. The house is spacious, clean and wonderfully warm. Fully equipped. We will definitely come back one day.

Very nice house that is very correctly shown in the photos. Spacious and clean. Equipped with every convenience, including kitchenware. The house is located right on the dike and within a minute from the house you are on the dike to enjoy the beautiful view Koehool is a small hamlet.A baker is in Tzumarum, the supermarket Coop is about 5 km away.

Beautiful, spacious house with a large garden and playground. Everything clean and tidy. Location is beautiful on the dike. Beds are nice, only drawback that the water pressure was not that high. Furthermore, fully equipped for a pleasant stay! I would definitely go back there again.

It was a wonderful house. Spacious and comfortable. Nice and free, lovely garden. Nice bathroom and kitchen. It was not completely clean. They were a bit dirty and the ridge of the room had a lot of cobwebs. The lamp above the table was broken and 1 lamp was missing.

Very nice house, beautifully situated, nice beds, close to the sea with a view of several Wadden islands and a spacious garden. In addition, a nice environment with a number of nice villages / towns within a short driving distance. As a small point of attention I would advise making more stable parking spaces in connection with soft soil.

We booked 2 villas through this website, Overview and filters work very well, We found exactly what we were looking for, Contract was completed in a few minutes, Another website reported after 4 weeks that the owners could not accept the reservation, Without stating a reason,

A beautiful and well-equipped house in a quiet location right on the dike. A unique location for hiking and excursions in the area. We had two wonderful weeks and felt comfortable. However, some details in the house could have been better. The TV antenna was broken and only sparsely fixed with adhesive tape, so that we had almost no reception. The manager was aware of the problem, but the antenna was still not replaced. The WLAN reception didn't work optimally either, from time to time it even broke down completely. This is annoying when you want to work in between as a self-employed person while on vacation, but the Internet only works to a limited extent.

A very nice house, quiet area, very well equipped. You can take beautiful walks and visit beautiful towns. The house was very neat when we arrived, we will definitely go back. Tip: if you are allergic to mosquitoes, bring an anti-mosquito device.

Well equipped house in a pretty lonely location. If you expect hustle and bustle here is wrong, rest and long walks along the dyke with dog were the order of the day for us.

Was fantastic received. She made no problem about earlier arrival and everything was really satisfactory. Beautiful location with views of the Frisian countryside and the dikes in front of the Wadden Sea. Once on the dike you have a very beautiful view over the Wadden Sea and you can see the Wadden Islands with their lighthouses. Also the starry sky was breathtaking, never seen such a great starry sky. The holiday home was really perfect, nice and big and spacious and with underfloor heating and an electric fireplace an ideal place to warm up after a cold winter day. Also a lovely beautiful garden facing south with a beautiful sunrise, all in all a very nice and successful time!

on arrival there was no one (not even when leaving the house) it turned out that Mrs. had called me! we could get the key through the back door, it was on the table. the house we found beautiful, was a bit remote, but we found the Frisian towns and villages very pleasant.

A part of us was a bit earlier, but we were already in the house. The environment is very very quiet, ideal e.g. for walks on the beautiful Wadden Sea. A few cozy towns nearby (Leeuwarden, Harlingen). The children's playhouse (pyramid) indicated in the brochure does not appear to be in operation or temporarily in operation. The house is sometimes a bit noisy, but otherwise super equipped. A nice kitchen and the remote controlled fireplace are to be noted positively.

We enjoyed our holiday in Tzumarum, the cottage was spacious and the place is beautiful, you will really relax!

Lovely house, beautiful and fully equipped! Somewhat a sewer air but with a few flushes that was quickly gone. Nice location for walking and so nice that the dogs can just go!

Comfortable, large, clean and comfortable apartment. The area is beautiful and quiet. Everything was arranged down to the last detail and the owners were very flexible. All in all a wonderful stay.

Accommodation is perfect, spacious and equipped with everything "whatever you have at home". We had taken along espresso machine ourselves. The immediate environment is "nice and empty and quiet". The starry sky is unprecedented.

Arrival warmly received. Accommodation had quite a few flaws, namely no light in the hall (entrance to the upper floor), loose toilet seat, clogged drain sink and broken thermostat shower faucet. Defects that already stand out in a cleanup in my opinion. It is very annoying that you have to report this in your own holiday, have discussions about it and make your stay available if you want repair. For that you do not go on vacation and pay 1000 euros for a week .... Environment was super !!

The cottage is beautiful, beautifully spacious and is in a beautiful setting. In terms of cleaning, it left a lot to be desired here and there. If you like peace and space then this is the ideal environment.

The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. The equipment is generous and extensive. Everything is there, what you need, especially in the kitchen a wide selection of dishes, pots and cutlery. The environment is beautiful, not crowded at all lives directly on the dike and has many sheep directly.

Very quiet, beautiful, well-kept house, very well heated in winter (month of travel December / January) by underfloor heating and gas fireplace. Good equipment of the kitchen. WiFi available. Little downside No German-speaking TV (in winter, also because of the weather, you switch on yet). Resumée The small points of criticism hardly diminish the very nice overall package. We felt very comfortable.

It is a beautiful detached house with lots of greenery and space around it, giving you a holiday feeling right away

The house is very modern and tasteful furnishings. The electric fireplace warms the entire home in a few minutes. The car is parked in front of the fence on a large sheep pasture. Long walks on the dike are possible, but you have to cross a 80 cm high fence. The 10 km away Place Harlingen is very nice.

Nice, modern and very spacious house right on the seawall overlooking sheep. Remote location, so very quiet. had a wonderful weekend. Tip for the owner: beds with headboard not place under the roof but against straight walls, so you can read a book also sitting upright in bed.

We all had a wonderful and memorable vacation! The house has left nothing to be desired and was ideal to relax and unwind. The rural setting is just fantastic and for everyone who likes it a bit lively, quick towns are reachable. Thanks alot!!!! ;)

On the whole, we were satisfied, but you might want to point out that there are no German television, no German newspapers and no one German can, the manager nicht.Alle three houses were occupied by the Germans and no one could Fernsehen.Ist in a cottage not so cheap! Otherwise it was nice!

Very nice house, everything was well organized. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess. Only downside of the house for us was the small bedroom with bunk beds. We were 4 couples making one couple had to sleep separately, and it was quite difficult to get on top of the bunk bed.

Very warm welcome, even though the landlords were greeted our arrival was seen eluded them last minute booking.

The house was fine, fully equipped, beautiful location and fantastic beds. However, two downsides: Too bad the pantry could not be used optimally because the shelves look like layers and cleaning, for which everyone pays, was substandard (very nasty TV screen door full spinnenwebben.Dikke spider inside!)

It was a nice holiday with very friendly owners and we rejoice forward to next year :)

We enjoyed staying in the cottage. A small point maybe we find some small refrigerator for 8 people. The dishwasher was broken, the first 36 hours of our stay, but the neighbor ensure the fastest possible solution.
