Villa Bospark Ede 9

The cottage was big enough for 8 adults, looked neat and it was nice that the bedrooms were divided between the basement and the upper floor. The kitchen was minimally equipped and we lacked quite a few things (including soup bowls, vegetable cutting knives).

Beautiful home boiler has been a mechanic twice. Almost nothing for the kids to do. Cafe closed at half past eight. For the money it was not worth it. Mattresses are very bad. We are now walking around with back problems.

It is a beautiful house with spacious rooms and good beds. The kitchen is not so well equipped (1 sharp knife, no kettle, 1 small oven dish). The showers cannot be used at the same time, which is inconvenient with a large group. The showers don't get very hot anyway. The park is being renovated and corona measures are taking place, so it's hard to judge that, but the area is beautiful and quiet.

The house was clean (very important) and the furniture is neat, as if it had just all been renewed. The park is not really aimed at children in the autumn / winter. In the summer there are plenty of playgrounds and a heated outdoor swimming pool. The ladies at the reception could receive a little more guidance, but that did not go smoothly. For the rest nothing to complain about, had a nice weekend!

Bospark Ede is a great destination if you want to enjoy the Veluwe. The park offers beautiful houses with a lot of privacy. The communal swimming pool is frequently used by the children. Daily shopping is fine in Ede (+/- 5 km). In addition to nature, there is plenty to do in the area: Airborn Museum, the National Poultry Museum, a large butterfly garden and various zoos.

We are now 3 days (out of 12). Everything was wrong in the house, broken counter top, broken microwave, broken fridge, shower head that could not stay upright (so hung down) a group of young people in the house next to us who plays loud music until 2 am. We immediately reported all defects in the house on the first day. The defects in the house are resolved the next day (except for the broken counter top). Unfortunately, the combi microwave has been replaced by a regular microwave, so we can't bake fresh bread every day (we had indicated that as the main reason to replace the broken combi microwave). Furthermore, there is no possibility to charge our electric car ... that is really outdated. So far the least experience of all our holidays so far ☹️. But luckily the kids don't notice anything and the walks in the wooded area provide the real holiday feeling

In practice this only concerns one person on one device. With a large group (9 men from a sports team) this is difficult. Buying extra is unfortunately the only option. Our cottage did not appear in the picture 's stand at this property, but still was a top house. 1 bedroom downstairs (2 bed) with private bathroom (shower, sink), over 4 bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds and 1 bath bath, shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs has a separate toilet. Downstairs was a vague putlucht in the bathroom, but this disappeared after a shower bath. There was a microwave, oven and dishwasher. Top so. The house is on the edge and you can go walking. Unfortunately it rained a lot, so we could not use the playground. but it looks cozy. Around the park are plenty of fun things to do such as the zoo and the Hoge Veluwe.
