Great house, modern and luxurious appearance. Located on a pond, spacious terrace, spacious garden. Beautiful surroundings and you can walk straight into the forest. Too bad was the correct but far from friendly reception at the reception. The little house; glass and cup (and one too dirty to handle) with pieces off, is a waste of your upper lip! In the bathroom 2 broken floor tiles, 1 right in front of the shower, which was dangerously sharp. The air conditioning (for 10 € per day was far from adequate). Next to the house is garbage, old / broken tricycle, broken crockery, etc. You will be there with small children! There is WiFi but at the reception you will be told that the code is in the master bedroom… well you are looking crazy!! Turns out you have to enter one of the many codes on the back of the modem. Be clear or neatly put down a card with the code. Once on the WiFi, the disappointment is huge because even if you stand near the modem with your iPad or telephone, there is no page to open normally. Let alone that you can send an e-mail or watch a movie. It really is 2023!! We (2 people) did not need the beautiful sliding wardrobe wall in the master bedroom, but it was also not usable because the doors did not open. The garden was equipped with an excellent garden set with adjustable chairs, a pity that there are no garden cushions in such a luxurious, expensive holiday home. Furthermore, there was little on offer in terms of catering, restaurant closed with the subtitle on the note "you can use the terrace" ... well forget it, also closed. You can do it at this TopParken resort with a meager snack bar on wheels. Nothing wrong with fries and a croquette, but it is not what you expect from a multi-star leisure park. We reported the defects / misses to the reception where this was received with the message "we will pass it on". Nothing of a sorry or something annoying for you. We were here last minute, so for a very reduced rate, for the full price? Never! Clearly

House is clean, only complaint I have is with the number of wasps outside (there are ALOT) and I wish I could get a couple more fans to help cool the place a bit. Otherwise terrific experience

Clear communication with park. Well maintained park and facilities. Just spacious and clean-smelling holiday home. Good furniture and beds.

Great house, a few small things were not in order. This was quickly arranged. Nice welcome at the reception. Nice clean park.

Nice spacious, neat and beautifully situated park with beautiful holiday homes. House itself nice and comfortable and complete. Nice heated outdoor pool that is a bit small for the size of the park when the weather is really nice. Quite a few sunbeds and also a spacious sunbathing area with some nice seating / lying options. There is also a paddling pool. Good Asian restaurant in the park with some snack and pizza offerings as well. A bit pricey for a park restaurant. Tennis court for which you have to reserve but there is often enough space. Both at the tennis court and the swimming pool you can regularly smell the stench of the "recycling street" behind the park, even though it was not really warm when we were there. That should be sealed better and cleaned faster. The reception was n x not open at a time when they should be according to the opening times on the window. Was then reachable via intercom but did not indicate "sorry, walked differently for such and such a reason" (because that is of course possible, but then hang up a note, for example). There is no shop in the park, but there is a 24-hour vending machine with some sweets, drinks and toiletries and some other (food) items. You have to go to Ede or Lunteren for groceries; approx. 10 minutes drive. be nice in such a park. Sweet, enthusiastic animation team for the children. Diverse activities. All in all a nice, beautiful park, with a few points of interest. Maybe we'll come back again for a midweek or something like the May holiday!

Very clean and tidy house in a perfect location. Furthermore, the park is also very neat and nice to walk over with a very good restaurant with friendly staff. You can also enjoy shopping in Lunteren and also in Ede.1 Tip the WIFI codes are not really easy to read, I recommend hanging them with a slightly larger font. And to clearly indicate the difference between G4 and G5, that has cost us an extra fifteen minutes of unnecessary holiday fun. Unfortunately, we have dropped 1 cup.

Park was fine, good playground, beautifully landscaped, nice takeaway service in the restaurant, wonderful cycling in the area. But cabin 212 was very bad, sagging mattresses and dining table chairs, uncomfortably furnished, shower rickety. Other houses in the park looked much more comfortable and modern. We would have liked to know in advance which house we were getting, but it turned out to be unbooked without consultation. That was really disappointing.

Nice holiday park with a wonderfully quiet location. Very friendly welcome and clear explanation. Comfortable home.

Upon arrival, the accommodation was dirty. You couldn't see through the windows so dirty. Cleaning ladies have cleaned the windows after all. After that I spent an hour and a half cleaning. We also had a different house than that was communicated by telephone. In short, all this was a bad start to the holiday.

Well received, accommodation was very neat and tidy. Beautiful surroundings with the park in the woods. Been to the park two years ago, again to our full satisfaction.

A beautiful park in a beautiful setting if you like walking and cycling. Neat accommodation, a bit bleak but otherwise equipped with everything needed. Corona has seen little of the previous fascilities, which are also not very many. More than enough for us, 60+.

Arrival was very nice and the environment is very nice and central to other attractions. The accommodation was very spacious and adequate. Unfortunately, the kiosk by the pool was constantly closed, and you should go to the restaurant with bathing suits.

Welcoming reception, neat number bungalow, clean, environment was excellent, especially the Hoge Veluwe, beautiful in every season.

Environment fine. Park not bad. Wi-Fi is bad. Etalage we were at a crossroads and there were transparent curtains so we felt very watched, especially in the evening.

A beautiful, well-kept park. The accommodation looks different than on the site, but is otherwise fine. You have to take into account that, apart from the bedrooms and the shower, there are no good curtains. You are therefore looking forward to it! I also think that the accommodation can be very hot (ours had the sun on the windows for a long time). We were there at the end of September and then the temperature could rise to as much as 28. The curtains did not stop this.Furthermore, the house is quite well equipped!
